Location of the hotel is great! Rooms are very spacious and clean.
The pool is usually closed during the breakfast and dinner time, but we still had to listen a mom and her kid screaming early in the morning during breakfast. Staff wasn't to friendly. Breakfast and dinner food was okay, but it could have been better. A little bit of creativity would be great. Nevertheless, we made the best of our stay.

Employee was very polite and kind. Cant remember her name, but shes amazing. She helped to me find shops or visited places, shes draw on paper, explain to me. Amazing!
Room wasnt look the same like in pictures, always put in more pics! I ask one bad not double 2 beds neighbors was very loud. No rules in hotel. For example 4 o clock morning someone screaming like idiots jacuzzi and sauna included. Jacuzzi sometimes works sometimes stops no reason . Sauna was amazing. Breakfast included, was good.
My staying was 5/10.

Very clean, easy check- in/out, comfy large bed with TV in room, great hot power shower and a nice size balcony
A little noisy at times, we could hear doors along the corridors slamming closed/opening in the morning. A guest issue rather than the hotel itself!

Amazing location - super close to the beach (where the sun sets as well), restaurants, shops, city buses and a big mall with a grocery store in it.
2 pools - one is usually more empty and quiet, better for relaxing. There is a gym with a sauna and hot tub open every day.
The room and balcony is spacious, there are also dishes, glasses and cups in the room available for use.
Staff is friendly.
Rooms arent soundproof at all, you can hear everything. Especially bad if your room is next to the main busy street, there are bars and lots of cars. Bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper.
WiFi speeds are terrible in the room. About 2mbps down/up. In the common areas its about 10mbps.
Food is just generally not great. There isnt even real butter available (one is margarine and the other is labeled as gold buttery taste). Not sure how but even the fruit (melon, oranges, grapefruit) were bland, very surprising for a Mediterranean country. Dinner was also pretty bad, the only good food were the salads and desserts (pre-packaged cakes). Its not worth getting half board or full board.
Pools are very dirty, we hadnt seen it being cleaned once in our 2 week stay.
Rooms arent cozy, everything is white and to make it worse, they use cold white light bulbs, which makes it feel like youre in a hospital.
Power outlets are in inconvenient locations and seem to be behind furniture. Shower design is also poor, water splashes and floods the whole bathroom.

Perfect location, near the beach, many pubs and restaurants with live music nearby. Clean room and overall facility. The staff is very polite and helpful, and has an amazing breakfast. Congrats to Chef Stefka. We highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely be back.

Wonderful
Huge room, with a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. Very good breakfast included. Excellent cleaning. Two great pools with a bar where you can have a drink. About fifteen minutes from the seafront.
Compared to the size of the room, the bathroom could have been a little bigger.
