The location but in paphos 90% of accomodations have a good location

The swimming pools were excellent especially the kids pool, breakfast was very decent, great location.
The service at the pool bar needs to improve. You need to wait for a long time for someone to serve you. In general the staff was very helpful but the attitude of a specific female staff member (the only lady with dark hair) serving both at the pool bar and breakfast was very rude so I left with a very bad impression about the staff.

New clean hotel right in the center of the city with 10-minute walk to the sea and the mall. Good breakfast and dinners, I suggest getting half-board since the food was good and delicious for that price. New, clean kitchen and friendly staff. Two new clean pools.
Some rooms have a construction just opposite the windows. It can be loud and dusty during the day, but that's just for some of the rooms.

The breakfast was good.
The attitude of the check in staff was not what I would expect. Our room faced onto a noisy construction site, which we mentioned. The staff first asked if we had booked a specific room then told us to come back in the morning.

the resort is nice and the girls from the reception offered me a lot of good hints on what to do in Paphos. I was doing an early check-out and the girls from the reception arranged for the breakfast to be delivered in a box. that was really nice of them.
the pictures that correspond to the room were deceiving as are done not to show the room as it is. the room is a little bit outdated. The mattresses are good and you can rest but the issue is with the construction site that is near the building. They start working at 7am. On the other street there is a bar called Pit Stop that will play karaoke until 2 am. So the time for you to sleep is between 2am to 7am.

Very clean. Nice building, eating area, pool. The staff at the front desk and dining area were very professional and friendly.
One of the beds in room 106 is past due to be replaced. Old mattress that sags in the middle. Caused a backache.
WiFi in room 106 never worked. The staff kept saying that maintenance would fix it, but they never did. Inconvenient.

Great location near the promenade walk by the sea. Varied breakfast. 2 nice pools with plenty of sunbeds. I would request a room away from the road at the front, as we never sat on our balcony as it was just too noisy.

Really great location for all major sites and coastal walk. Could get to most places by walking. I stayed in rooms in the building facing away from the pools and it was so peaceful looking out to ocean. Breakfast was standard hotel buffet but rooms and pool were clean. The staff, particularly the older man who worked the front desk was really lovely and helpful too.

It's a nice little hotel with two pools and a restaurant. We had breakfast included - I highly recommend it. The rooms are very light, clean, well equipped. Our had a fridge, kettle and sink.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The hotel has a nearby bus stop that connects you with airport, line 612, Harbour, line 611 and Main bus station Karavela, line 618.
