We had a family apartment, nice and spacious.
The swimming pools are big and clean.
Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices.
We used the restaurant for lunch a few times, everyone liked it.
They also have a bar and entertainment on some
nights.
On the last day I left my phone charging, before checking out and when we came back from breakfast it was missing. I found it with the cleaning lady, she said she wanted to take it to reception, but it was already switched off. So be aware of what valuables you leave in your room!

Furniture needs to be replaced. I've never sat on a more uncomfortable sofa. Also, chairs and kitchen cabinets look like they've seen better days...

The hotel is quite close to the airport and not too far away from the beach.
Staff was nice enough.
Good food selection for breakfast.
Very outdated facilities. We were freezing in our room despite all the blankets. When it was raining, the water was dripping from the ceiling in two rooms of the apartment.

Our stay was very good and the breakfast was great.
The only thing was that we forgot our phone charger and the next day when we called to pass and collect it they said that the cleaner didn't find it....

I liked that we were welcomed with a drink. The lobby area was nice especially with the Christmas decor. The main pool area was a decent size (although we didnt swim) and I liked that they had a snooker table for entertainment. They also had a form of entertainment every evening but we werent in to enjoy them. Staff tried helping where they can. The best part (if youre a cat person) is that there were so many stray cats around and as our apartment was on ground floor they would be roaming outside the patio and even come inside and make themselves comfortable! Super friendly cats, and feeding them was a joy.
The apartment did not look like what I had booked on Booking.com. The cleaning could have been better (hair was found in the bathroom and the bedsheets and duvet had some faint marks). hot water stayed only for a few minutes before turning cold and there was no hot air coming out from the air conditioner (we were there in December). They were able to move us to another apartment which was slightly bigger, however the hot water was inconsistent and we ended up showering in cool water most days. The issue had to be raised multiple times and although it might have been fixed after the maintenance came it soon turned cold. It was also hard to find a table in the restaurant where it was laid out with all the necessary cutlery during breakfast. We had to take cutlery from other tables to eat our food. The beans at breakfast could also been cooked a bit more as they were slightly hard.
