First , the staff, especially Lisa, was so genuinely pleasant, and a pleasure to deal with. 2nd, the property’s location is outstanding!! Walking distance from everything you need.

There was cockroaches that they didn't help with and also the staff didn't help me carry even a tiny bag upstairs and I had 4 bags by myself....

Rooms werr clean staff very helpful especially the english lady at the reception, her name was Lisa if i am not wrong.
I stayed in a room with an old air conditioner, so it was working pretty loud. That was the only thing that bugged me a little.

Located in a fantastic area local to all attractions and amenities. Beautiful looking hotel. Extremely clean and staff couldn’t do enough to help. Super friendly and bubbly. Pool area was lovely and lots of sunbeds available. Rooms were cool enough not to use air con. Br food served from pool bar was absolutely delicious too.

Spacious clean comfortable, very good staff, very difficult to fault anything. 3* hotel better than expected. I’ve stayed in many 4* in the same area which are great, pandream for us worked well

Great complex, not fully open yet as start of season.
Only stayed 1 night, very pleasant and clean room.

The staff were so friendly especially Lisa, she helped us book our excursions and was very nice. The pool side was very nice and clean. The bar lady was extremely nice.
The hotel room didn’t look anything like the pictures. The sheets had make up stains on them and the cleaner walked into the room 2 mornings in a row when we’re were still sleeping

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Aircon worked well and Bed was Comfortable. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.
We had a problem with our hire car battery and the receptionist was kind enough to talk to the Hire Car Company for us and allowed them to get directions from her to the hotel - Thank you! :)
They need a new Toaster at Breakfast as the toaster is sooo slow it would have been quicker to make a fire and toast bread. Otherwise no complaints.
