Disappointing
Not much to be honest they have a few pools and an adults pool but wont let children play with balls or have any inflatables in the pool so the children cant play or do much in the pool some of the staff I thought were rude we had our wedding here with 23 guest 19 staying here they had things go missing out there room
Most of my week here I hated it the only day I enjoyed here was my wedding day there was nothing but stress since we arrived with them mixing our rooms up putting me my husband and our 4 children in 3 different rooms then made us all move rooms again the next day then made us move again the whole week here was a shambles definitely not worth the price at all. I definitely wont be coming back to this hotel I bruised all my legs where theres no room to move in the family suit everything is squished in

Beautiful room which was serviced twice a day every day by an exceptionally helpful housekeeping lady, all common areas of the hotel kept clean and tidy, excellent selection of drinks and cocktails available as part of the AI offer, food on offer in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants was very high quality and was always fresh. Every single member of staff I came into contact with during my stay was friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to please guests. Clean pools with allocated sun-loungers for the duration of my stay (some people don't seem keen on having allocated beds but for me it was amazing, didn't matter that I didn't get the pool until 11am on a morning my space was there waiting for me.... I cannot understand anyone who would prefers to get up of the crack of dawn to 'bagsy' a spot!) Sun loungers reasonably spread out so not all squished together like sardines. Staff collecting empty glasses from around the pool all day everyday so it always felt clean and tidy. Most of the sunbathing and poolside areas were no-smoking with allocated places outside for people to smoke so not surrounded by cigarette smoke and dirty ashtrays.
I can't think of anything really. If I was being picky I would say the view from my balcony wasn't very attractive (rooftop and carpark) however I did not book/pay for a room with a pool or sea view so I can't grumble about this!

The all inclusive package has a great verity of drinks and places to eat. There are plenty of beds around the pool. Our 4.5 year old enjoyed the kids club. The staff were kind and the front desk were helpful. There is a nice sidewalk from the pool area and after about 25 minutes you get to a center with some restaurants and shops.
The water slides are relatively short and slow and the kids got bored of them quickly. The food in the italian restaurant was not good enough however the atmosphere there is great (no kids) so it compensated for that. It was hard to get places for the special restaurants but the main dining room was good enough.

Everything, except booking.com sold us 2 double bedrooms with sea views, they should have said partial seaview as we were looking at rooftops from the balcony and not the sea, feel somewhat ripped off!!!!

Really clean, very friendly and hard working staff. A lot more spacious and luxurious than other hotels along the same strip into paphos.
Cocktail selection, they didnt do proper blended cocktails. Thats the only thing I would improve.

First of all, the resort is amazing!!
The staff, the room, the pools, the staff, the food, the beach, did I mention the staff??
The allocation of sunbeds - why doesn't it work all over the world?? Great idea!
My wife and daughter are vegans, which made us a bit concerned about the food and snacks they'll get there.
Happily, they do have some maekwd vegan dishes, but the veriaty of them could be better.
Uppon arrival we had a meeting with the Chef which was outstanding. Him and the whole kitchen staff did their best to make us special dishes for all meals. A big thanks for the great effort.
Regarding the "a la carte'" restaurants, it's pretty impossible to get a table so we just gave up.
The snackeria was great for me, but for vegans there's not so much to do there. It's a shame because having some vegan chocolate ice cream is not so tough to find these days.
To summarize it all, we had a great time. The kids will remember this vacation for a long time (so do the grownups).
Definitely recommend it. Even for vegans!
As mentioned above, the veriaty of vegan food in the buffet and snackeria could be me better. It's really simple to take care of that (relevant also to lectose allergies..).
Other than that - everything was amazing.

Everything was perfect. Rooms cleaned daily and were clean on arrival. Staff were friendly and very pleasant, always willing to help. Everything worked in the room. We couldnt have asked for a better stay. The highlight was the main pool with bar. Drinks were served really fast so there was never a wait. Cocktails were delicious. Food was great too and the many restaurants were fantastic.

the position was perfect. the buffet restaurant was of a very high standard
there was a problem with our adults only room. we were not able to sit with our family at the pool. in order to be with the children and grandchildren we had to downgrade our bedroom
