Disappointing
The room was clean and the location is very good.
The facilities are worn out, breakfast is 8-10 but at 9 they stop serving more food, so basically first come first serve..
WIFI is not working. Do not trust the pictures - they've been taken good but the reality is slightly different.

Great staff, great breakfast and great location. The apartments are positioned very close to Tombs of the Kings Bus Station. Literally a three minute walk.
I am struggling to find at least one thing I liked about the apartment. I will leave blank! The apartment I was in would need to be updated, repaired & cleaned properly. Let's just say it wasn't cheap and cheerful!. I'm very glad my stay there was very short. I certainly wouldn't stay a week there

We booked hotel for one night, because we had early morning flight and wanted something in the city for the dinner and not far from airport. When we came, we were told, that hotel is overbooked and they directed us to their 'sister hotel's, which was 10minutes away from this location, city and airport.
The sister hotel was nice from the outside, but terrible inside. Walls and celling wet and falling apart from water coming from outside and constantly dripping. Bedspread had smell of cat urine. There was a hole in the closet. Bath had chemical stains on it. Everything felt nasty, smelly, old and we were afraid to touch something. We went to dinner and came back to find water poodles on the floor from leaking ceilings. Do not recommend this place.

Very comfortable bed\pillows\blankets. Good water pressure. Great location. Very budget friendly. Free parking. Complimentary breakfast. The pool looked great+clean although it's January so couldn't use it. Helpful staff. Quite clean.
There was no heating \ ac as mentioned in the facilities list. The A\Cs were all pulled out from the walls and it was not a pretty sight to see. Needs a bit of updating the closets in the bedrooms and bathroom. Did not feel comfortable putting our things inside. Suggestion to add for a small dinning table and TV.

the stuff was friendly and the location was nice. The breakfast was ok.
everything was outdated, broken and not functional. The AC didn’t work, the fridge was leaking and there were no real blankets. It was dirty and obsolete. The AC units were broken and uncovered. The whole building was in bad condition.

Good location, spacious rooms, a nice swimming pool, and best of all, exceptionally friendly and wonderful staff. A great value for the money!
The room did not have wi-fi, so I could either use the one in the lobby, or had to use my own hotspot.

The location is great! Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The desk is open 24/7
The water handle in the bathroom was broken. Our stay was in January, and the room was cold, and floor heater didn't work. We were told that there is an a/c during the night, but it wasn't. So we requested to change the broken heater, and only with the new working one we could warm up the room. We had hot water, but our friend was in another building, and he had a cold water (because of this he switched the room to another one with hot water). Also the towels change and room cleaning happens once in 3 days :(

Only the staff.
The place is neglected and in need of immediate renovation.
The heating did not work at all and I was freezing.
Only after I woke up with a headache did they bring a small heater for one room, while the living room remained freezing.
In addition, it was impossible to take a shower because there was no hot water.
