Only booked bed and breakfast. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The room was adequate for our short stay, three nights. The view from room our bedroom was not the best, two cranes and a building.
The view from the bedroom could have been pleasanter. The fridge looked dated but was adequate for our stay.

Common areas were clean and perfect! Waterpark was ideal for little children, rich and tasteful breakfast and dinner, most of the staff were really friendly.
Old room but the most important was that it was not clean. I needed to clean the surfaces with a spray. Toilets also.

The cleaners knocking the door in the morning at 8 then 8.30 an 9:30 even with the do not disturb sign on the door and also used there key card to unlock the door unacceptable

Good location & for breakfast they serve scrambled eggs with pork ham for vegetarians - bravo!
This is a hotel that does not provide its guests with basic facilities as water, so when booking this hotel, bring a bottle of water with you to do your morning hygiene before departure departure flight, because what is the basis of existence for some, like water in all places worldwide at the Mayfair Gardens Hotel, is a luxury granted to guests, not I know maybe not enough we paid only 283 Euro for 1 night :-) Seriously, our stay was one big nightmare, we couldn't use the toilet because there was no water (a woman with menstruation) plus 2 children who didn't understand why they couldn't even wash hands and face before an early departure, the card is not working, at breakfast on the table with vegetarian dishes they offer scrambled eggs with pork ham, bravo :-) full professionalism. Yes, we were informed that there may be no electricity, because there is a review of the generator, but no one mentioned the lack of water, did not give us the opportunity to change the hotel - sheer fraud. At the pool, dirty rubbish around the sunbeds and hotel staff who proudly walk around pretending that they don't see the dirt, maybe someone will stumble over plastic cups lying between their legs ... someone will notice that it's worth cleaning up. I absolutely do not recommend this place I have visited most of the world but this hotel is an embarrassment to the hotel industry in Greece, stay away from the hotel, it looks good in photos and encourages you to book but that's it, then you arrive and your stay becomes a nightmare ... you will walk around all day dirty - make your own choice! I have written a compliant to hotel but they haven't send any reply...ignoring guests what a dissaster..ach ach
