The staff were helpful, very polite and welcome. We food was nice, had enough options for breakfast and dinner, the prices at bar also was great.
The big disappointment for us was the swimming pool indoors. Unfortunately we couldn't swim as the water was way too cold and it was the reason we booked the hotel as our toddler could swim..
The beds wasn't comfortable and didn't had enough duvets so was a bit struggle, but i believe in summer time its nice to visit a hotel as an area is big and have nice swimming pools outdoors.

Disappointing
The location was super convenient in terms of distance from other facilities or the tourist spots since you are never more than 15 minutes away from everything, and the parking in front came in handy if you are renting a car or have your own car with you. The rooms where fairly spacious and super comfortable. The staff over all were very helpful and polite any time we had to interact with them.
If you are going as a family or elderly its great for you, if you are younger or a younger couple expect it to just be somewhere you sleep and shower, because the breakfast is essentially just English breakfast with some extra "options" on the side which is disappointing for a 4 star hotel that is the main location. The cleaning ladies were very nice but it we didnt feel comfortable at all and end up with some issues because all the cleaning was replacing the sheets and removing the trash, and no floor cleaning or toilet or bath cleaning, it felt more like a nursing home at time like that than a hotel.

The location and kids friendly
The room was on the top floor, not clean and the air-conditioning not working, our room was boiling and you couldn't even keep the window open due to so many mosquito bites.
First night couldn't sleep at all, second night complained to reception however they said air-conditioning will be switched on from the 1st of may ? Hotel policy's.
I was about to check out and find another hotel because of the tremendous heat. After complaining several times someone brought us a fan at 11pm.

Nice location, great access to the mall and about 30 minute walk down to the harbour. It is a shame they don’t have at least one outdoor heated pool in the winter months, March was too cold for children in the swimming pools. Also customers should be aware the splash pad doesnt open until april.

Our A/C was old and very loud. It was difficult to sleep, they moved us to different room. Rooms may have been cleaner, especially floors.

we were in all inclusive and the food was very good and were a lot of choises, Personal, stuff was in hotel extremly kind, helpful.There is a big shopping mall in the near and a very nice beach, and the promarnade, Archeological site, Tumbs of the Kings is also a10 min walk, bus station to airport is in the near, The hotel garden and pool area is wonderful, it was its price worth
the beds could have been a bit better connected to each other, The roomdoor was a bit hard to open and to close
