The hotel is quite good for the price. It needs renovation and more maintenance. Beautiful view from the window. The employee changed the room to a better one. There is a small shop and a beach nearby. It has a swimming pool.
There was no hot water, although we did everything correctly according to the instructions. Sliding door broke. Internet is very poor. Far from the city. Noise from the busy street could be heard.

Just the staff!
The worst hotel I've ever been to. Yes, polite staff, but at the end of the day, that is not everything. As per my experience, and the room I stayed in, what you get in real life is so much different from what you see in the photos. Disgusting smell inside the room, felt like it was closed for a long period of time, door's lock didnt work from the inside and the frame was ready to pull off, pool water was green, dirty couch where they applied just a sheet above as a throw, new toilet was nice but the handle was full of rust, shower was also in bad condition, the bench in the living room was dirty, and unnecessary old weird cabinets placed behind the couch (they cannot be used any way). The bed was ok, but I wasn't feeling comfortable sleeping. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a room for 4 days but extended my stay by 10.
Very pleasant, welcoming, responsive staff!

Reasonable price-quality ratio!
Beautiful place, many flowers, and the sunset can be watched from the balcony.
A long Beach, besides that, 10 minutes by bus to sandy Coral Bay beach.
There is a small shop nearby,
Spacious rooms, an Ideal work of air conditioner and a kitchen stove,
There is strong water pressure, both hot and cold in the bathroom.
wifi was sufficient for video calls and working on a laptop; it is better on the reception.

The apartment was not clean at all. The bathroom was disgusting.The bed was dirty. The kitchen cupboards were dirty. The curtain was torn.

Our room was the corner room, so it had a magnificent sea view from the balcony. Hotel parking is big, free and always has space.
The famous Pathos coastal promenade leading to Pafos castle starts nearby in 200m, you have to use satellite map to find its entry point on the beach.
Coral bay beach is 3km away.
Conditioners in the room were working perfectly.
Too few kitchen utencils (no cutting knives, only two basic wine glasses, no Fairy to wash the plates) and the water from the shower was flooding onto the floor until we figured out how to tilt the glass door inside the tub. However, these all are not critical flaws.

The location was right by the beach and has a lovely natural trail to get there. The view from our room was beautiful and the staff was just lovely. Rezdar and Wisdom were so warm, welcoming & helpful. Wisdom ensured that we were happy and pleased with our room, and informed us we could be moved if we were not satisfied, he ensured the room was presentable before allowing us in. Rezdar, being so considerate of our religious dietary practices helped us in recommending a local vegan eatery and they helped us learn how to locate the bus to get there. They also helped us to schedule our ride to the airport early morning. They helped to make our short visit to Cyprus so enjoyable, memorable and easy.
The property was a bit outdated. The room was clean, but the bathrooms & kitchen were a bit run down. Nonetheless we were comfortable, the place was clean and we had a good nights rest. Great budget option. The staff really made up for the outdated facilities
