Nice view, staff were friendly
I didnt had hot water till 4pm the next day of my arrival. I find dirty socks under the bed, there where no wifi in the bedroom, the road next to the hotel was really nosy, I ask for a special tour the lady at the reception booked another one and did really price few time what I want and even show it on internet the link they send to me.

The welcome was awesome by Jamal Abdirahman we took my details show me my room and get me around a very good staff. The hotel facilities was very good and nice view worth the price I will be back there soon again.

Good price to quality hotel to stay few days in Paphos. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty! Suite consists of separate bedroom and living room with beautiful views to the sea cost and sunsets.
Its quite obsolete in main facilitates, but rooms are relatively comfortable

Needs some sort of renovations in room. There were cracks on the walls and quite some insects in our room.

Despite the hopeless standard of the place, the staff tries to be helpful and smiling
Smelly room, old furniture, dirt, bathroom which I was afraid to enter.
Hopeless, tasteless breakfast made of cheap ingredients.
Fortunately, I only slept there one night. I do not advise anyone to make this mistake and book this place

great view, family atmosphere. what really made my stay though was the staff, Rula was absolutely amazing and attentive to all of my needs. When I missed breakfast, she even made me a sandwich. We love Rula!!!

the rooms are super old with many things broken. At the arrival they wanna let u sign a paper sheet to take ur datas and do what they wanna, DONT sign it it not mandatory! they sells suites but in reality they are old apartments with broken shower, stained towels, broken closet, and with a kitchen that works but they say dont works and they dont provide pans to cook neither clothesline, maybe cause all those equipment are only for refugees family that currently stay in 75% of the hotel thats ok but i m not getting why this difference also cause those families make lot of noise of course being in 7-8 in each room... when u make notice the staff of something they kid u and say lots of lies letting u feel super frustated... Only Victoria was emphatic on this but she can t do nothing on... Also lots of cats without repellent that can cause serious problems to guests cause they go everywhere also in rooms, i understand they can t rule cats but they should at least provide to take care of them properly in order to avoid parasite infestations. the last bad point goes to BOOKING.com that doesn t provide good assistance and refund and not trustable cause when i call them during the stay they promise me that they will wait my check out to contact the structure in order to not strees me beyond but after 10 minutes i had to argue with the staff that came to me to ask why i call booking etc etc....BAD EXPERIENCE AND WITHOUT PROTECTION FROM BOOKING.COM

The location and view which is why we chose it
Ants on the sink, Mouldy furnishings such as curtains blinds and lampshades. Wifi not working on arrival and after being fixed was no existent in our room and barely useable outside. Electricity goes off at night the night of 22/23 Sep. and more
