Our room was spotless, with comfortable beds and a lovely sea view from the balcony, and we were even surprised with champagne and chocolates. The restaurant offered a wide, delicious selection (including low-fat options), and the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, even carrying our luggage to the room.

Suitable for young kids, great staff and hospitality, very friendly and attentive, close to the beach and in a good location, wide variety of food
Rooms are a bit old, but that didn’t bother us at all as they were very clean and tidy.
Food taste was average but there was a wide variety so we found something to eat easily ..

Wow, I stayed here for a wedding and the place completely exceeded my expectations. The staff are phenomenal. The bar staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating and I'd like to specifically mention Athena and Naomi who greeted us and really looked after us. I wanted for nothing and felt like royalty. I was only there for a night but I want to visit again for a proper stay! The beds were very comfy, the food was really nice, I have nothing bad to say.

The food was good. It wasn’t too busy and the availability of the snack bar was good.
The drinks were poor particularly only having one beer choice, for a 4 star I would expect more. Not being allowed snacks by the pool was frustrating. Not having any activity on Wednesday was also not ideal when only there a few days.

Staff was very friendly, very good service, food was amazing. One of the few hotels in the area with actual beach front, rest was with rocks and cliffs. Unfortunately beach was very dirty. Sun beds, beach towels available with no extra charge. We are very happy with the great, friendly staff, we had some issues with the room at first but were offered another room - after all shower drain was fixed the same day.
The hotel and amenities were more a 3 star hotel. Not much to do for kids therefore not sure why is it considered a family friendly hotel. Animators were very bad.

It was very clean and staff were very friendly and made sure you were happy also when we arrived we were greeted with champagne and canapés which was a very nice surprise start to our holiday One lady in the reception team named Shirley really did go out of her way to look after us. Well done.

An amazing welcome process- greeted with sparkling wine, and sweets, had a lovely hostess to help us with the checkin. The breakfast was also great, had numerous gluten free options and the stuff attended with care towards this need with offering gluten free bread and pancakes along with many other gluten free options around the breakfast stations. The location is awesome, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is very clean.
Option for late night snacks would be nice such as sandwiches or pizzas since the restaurant closes at 9:30pm

The staff were welcoming. The pool area was lovely. The sea views from the pool were stunning. The all inclusive food in the restaurant was good. The bar staff at the pool bar were excellent, they worked very hard. The entertainment staff were very good, enthusiastic and tried to get all the guests involved. Good entertainment timetable
The all inclusive breakfast- fresh omlet was poor. No fresh orange juice and the coffee was poor, no other coffee options. We stayed for 5 days and our room was only cleaned once. Our towels were not changed. As we only stayed for 5 days we were excluded from dining in the Italian restaurant.

Very Good
The sea is right on your doorstep. The bars and restaurants are right outside the front door, and everything is easily accessible from the airport and into the village centre of Paphos. Good entertainment at night time also. Bed are very comfortable.
Got the type of room wrong on arrival. We asked for a twin room but received a completely different room, so we had to ask for it to be changed baxk to a twin room, which in fairness they did for us.
