Activities for kids and swimming pool with slides
Outside the building of the hotel was not very clean. Also loud wedding was organized in front of our room, it would be nice to receive information what time at night it will be finished.

The hotel is very good. Very nice and helpful staff, plenty of food.
No balcony in our family room, difficult for the wet swimming suits to get dry. No private beach in the hotel :( impossible to get to the beach and swim in the sea. Very good beach about 15 minutes away by bus.

It was such a good hotel would definitely recommend to friends
the only down call was the air con in our room was growing mould and I only realised when my 2 year old was constantly coughing all night long and I think that could of been why and when I told reception they didn't seem bothered

Water park and swimming pools were good. Food was nice.
We upgraded to a garden room which was not worth the money at all. We were right next to the Italian snack bar which was busy and loud all day and evening.
The room was dirty with hair clips and hair on the floor. The chair and sofa was covered in stains.
The cleaners would knock once then open the door straight away. They don't give you change to go to the door or say no thanks.
Some of the celiing lights in the room didn't work and when you turned them on they made a buzzing noise like there was somthing wrong with the electrics. We asked about this was told to not use them lights and just to use the lights on the walls.
I was very disappointed in the room.

Entertainment was good and waterpark facilities, food was good
Everything was a bit dirty, towel station wasn't always open, for the price paid the waterpark should have been open or at least a reimbursement as that is one of the main draws to the hotel and was shut for the entire day.

Food awful same thing everyday barley luke warm all the staff need to go on a customer care course not one friendly one among them and that includes all the management.

Food was okay. Great view from the room. Great entertainment every night!
Not valuable enough for the price. Room was not vacuumed at our arrival. Terrible sound isolation of the rooms (very bad when little child needs to sleep and all the noises are heard). Staff not really friendly. Pools close at 18:30 (too early). Indoor playground for kids has terrible working hours.
