Wonderful
A great hotel, more suitable for families but me and my boyfriend enjoyed every moment. Great selection of food and the hotel has so many things to do that you don’t need to leave.
You can feel that the hotel isn’t new, the tv and the air conditioning was very old and sometimes didn’t work but the staff helped us and were very nice.

Good
It has a Waterpark even it’s small but it was good my kids enjoyed it and also the pools were good
The rooms were dirty and as we reserved two rooms for my family they gave us 2 rooms ver far from each other the last room from each side on the same floor as you need around 7 mins walk in the same floor to reach from one room to another and when we told the staff the answer was that we didn’t request rooms to be close to each other. Which is sth by logic they should do without requesting as the reservation is made in the same time for both rooms .
The rooms are not clean at all and even when we ask for cleaning the rooms and we got back after cleaning again it was also very dirty as it’s never been cleaned before .
Also we had to pay extra to upgrade our stay and get the orange bracelet to have some non local alcohol drinks and some extra cocktails which are not included in the basis all inclusive which is very weird
As all inclusive hotels it means all inclusive but here you have to pay 30€ per person per night and you have to do it for all adults for all nights and no option to make it for one night of stays

Poor
Great water slides for kids and a nice pool — but that’s where the positives end.
The food was terrible: the selection was tiny, nothing fresh, and the fruits and vegetables were inedible. Everything cooked was extremely greasy. For people with any dietary needs, there’s basically nothing to choose from. The extra beds for kids were so bad that our children had to sleep with us. Very disappointing overall. The staff were rude, the lifeguards shouted at children, and the dining room service staff always looked annoyed and unfriendly. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Fair
The little Italy restaurant is very good compared to the standard restaurant
The water park is nice, not many slides but you don't have to wait in line
Tv has adequate amount of channels
The food quality and diversity was not good (for example lack of certain Vegetables and food taste wasn't so good)
We didn't really get good explanation on how to book special restaurants in the hotel
The hotel seems not super clean and relatively mediocre
Hard to set spa appointments due to amount of guests
Sound insulation in the rooms isn't that great either
Wifi is really really bad, you can't rely on it in the rooms

Very Good
The staff was very nice and very helpful.
The premisses are large and not crowded at all.
There were enough chairs and sunbeds for everybody near the pools.
Terrible problem with the acoustics and soundproofing at the rooms. We occupied 3 different rooms on the first floor, and practically found it hard to rest during the day, while people were at the lobby or at the corridors. Room 1066 also suffered from lots of noise from the pool area.
The water in the pools was freezing, so it was hard to stay in it for more than a few minutes. I would expect at least one pool (mayby a childrens' pool) to be a bit warmer.
We chose rooms with sea view, but practically there was a very large terrace attached to the roons' terrace (used for small weddings and so), so when we sat at the rooms' terrace we couldn't really enjoy the views.

The vacation was excellent. The hotel, food, and service were of a very high standard — the hotel is truly worth the money.
The thing I liked less was that throughout the entire vacation, you could only book one restaurant. The burger restaurant wasn’t great — the burger was dry, and the desserts weren’t good either. There’s definitely room for improvement.

Exceptional
This is a long review, so for those who don’t have the time: Highly recommended hotel - great service, very good food, excellent value, and perfect for families with children.
We stayed 5 days in early September in an all-inclusive family suite with access to the Family Lounge. The staff were outstanding - always attentive, patient, and smiling, even during peak hours. Truly everyone we met was helpful, which is rare.
The hotel has two main buffet restaurants and four specialty ones. The booking rules aren’t clear online (3-4 nights = one specialty booking, 5 nights = two, etc.), and reservations fill quickly, but staff went out of their way to add an extra dinner for us. In addition to the snack bars, the Italian restaurant doubles as a snack bar during the day as well, snacks include a huge variety: burgers, gyros, pizzas, salads, desserts, ice creams, and more. Snacks run until 17:30, drinks until midnight.
Food overall was very good (7-8/10 on my scale), with lots of variety and no complaints. AC is comfortable — cold in the rooms, cozy in public areas (Generally in Cyprus they are not aggressive with the AC and this hotel is not different). Pools are plentiful and the water park, with 8 slides and short queues, was a highlight for the kids.
Rooms are spacious (we had a suite), though not perfectly soundproof, you hear some activity outside but it doesn’t last late. Checkout is handled exceptionally - you keep your all-inclusive bracelet until you leave, and the hotel provides a room for showering before departure. That’s rare and really appreciated.
Overall, the hotel isn’t “perfect” (a perfect hotel can be found only in brochures), but it’s one of the best family vacations we’ve had. We planned to explore the city but ended up preferring to stay at the resort. This was our first all-inclusive, not usually our style, but we had an amazing time. Truly recommended.

Wonderful
Gorgeous property lively and fun. The restaurant were good but not amazing it’s all inclusive so it evens out. The pools, beach bars / pool bars were very good. The expresso martini there was to die for.
The rooms were nice and spacious great view. The arcade was cute and fun.
The only downsides: creepy moldy stairs next to the water park, and on Saturday nights there concert is crazy loud it lasted to like 2 ish + in the morning and we were on the far side of the hotel my family couldn’t sleep.
Other than that it was a great experience. Note pools close at 6 or 7 ☹️

Very Poor
This is a nice all-inclusive family hotel with an abundance of food available all day. However, as an Israeli, I found the selection to be limited since many dishes included pork. The hotel has a really great water park, but it's important to note that there is a 120 cm height restriction for the larger slides. There are two pools with continuous activities and music, and every evening there was a unique family and kids' activity.
The hotel's Asian staff are very kind and always helpful and smiling. The hotel provides access to a small beach with beautiful sunset views and a bar that is included in the package. A fantastic and original idea is the small play area where you can leave your children for two hours twice a day and receive a pager that vibrates if they want to come back.
This is a very old hotel, on the verge of falling apart. The unwelcoming experience started upon arrival when no one came to help with our luggage as we got out of the taxi. The security guard reluctantly brought us a luggage cart, and we loaded our bags ourselves and brought them to the lobby. The European staff at the check-in desk were barely responsive and treated our questions as a major inconvenience. Only an Asian staff member bothered to help and find solutions.
We received our room an hour late. The room was broken and falling apart, with no air conditioning and no curtain (a room with a pool view). The pool was just 3 meters away, giving a direct view into the room. Throughout our stay, there was no air conditioning in the lobby or dining halls, which is a major hosting failure given the 43°C heat outside. The only comfortable place in terms of ventilation was the replacement room we received, which was smaller than the original room. Of course, no one at the front desk offered any financial compensation.
Even the new room was broken and falling apart, with spiderwebs on the ceiling, a large cockroach under the bed, and a small mouse that came to visit one afternoon. Aside from the safe, everything in the room seemed to be from the 1980s—old and falling apart. They don't even bother to put bleach in the toilets. The two small adult-only pools quickly became too crowded to move in. The small children's pool with slides was closed for renovation (at least something is being renovated). I don't understand why the VIP bar wasn't open to all kids at the hotel, only to "premium all-inclusive" guests; the place was almost 95% empty the whole time we were there.
In short, it's a terrible place where no one really cares about your stay because the money has already been paid in advance, making you a captive customer.
