Very clean and spacious well equipped apartment with private garden which had a safety lock , secure for young children to play.in lovely clean pool. Host was very helpful and informative about location, only 15 minutes walk to the harbour, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again
A baby gate would of been helpful for kitchen area,

Self catering was what we wanted, plenty of kitchen ware to help yourself with cooking :) Location was very quiet, beach, restaurants and shops walking distance, so no particular need of renting car, unless you want to explore the island by yourself. There was an access to swimming pool, but warning not to use it due to some troubles with licence... I think it was outside of the season usual no no. we used it once anyway, colder than the sea lol

The host was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She contacted me prior to my trip, and she requested that I contact her upon arrival at Paphos Airport so that we could meet at the property. I completely forgot, and yet she was waiting for us with a smile. The apartment was precisely as shown in the images, and it was conveniently located behind Kings Avenue Mall.
Maybe more blankets.

BEWARE: UNSAFE neighbourhood - we were ROBBED with 3 other apartments the same night.
The apartment is nice & Margarita was sweet and helpful when we got there. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. There was a previous comment mentioning a burglary a few months back so I checked with her and said the review was false and the appartment is very safe and we have nothing to worry. Unfortunately on out 3rd night there a man BROKE INTO the appartment (cctv footage) available, STOLE our phone, watch, wedding ring, handbag with documents and even entered the kids bedroom where the crib for my 2 year old kid was placed. Thankfully my husband was sleeping there and woke up and saw him so he ran away. But it was terrifying to be woken up at 4 am by an intruder to even imagine and we spent the rest of the trip (including driving 2 hours to Nicosia) trying to get new visa documents / at the police station, blocking our cards and feeling really unsafe.
We were told it was "our fault" because the kitchen window was not double locked PS we latched the outside blue windows and all doors etc were locked. Then, we were given a 200 'compensation' (considering our whole trip was ruined, this is even insulting!) and then said we should not write a review if we take the money. This is not legal according to booking.com policy by the way.
Before we even landed in Cyprus I had asked her about safety and she had assured us it is very safe... Well, so here's the deal: be CAREFUL and avoid this neighbourhood and this host. Also, don't expect any action from Booking.com (you'll be be disappointed with their lack of responsibility).
**UPDATE: It's outrageous the reply we got from the host to our review. A THIEF broke into the apartment while we were INSIDE ASLEEP(including our 2 year old toddler) and it turns out that we are the ones to be blamed for? Then we got BRIBED not to write a review... Really unbelievable.

Very nice and cleaner lot of space, nice garden where we enjoyed coffee every morning All possible cleaning, washing equipment was available All spices,ketchup,mayo,olive oil, vinegar was available. Air conditioners very efficient and quiet.

Apartment fabulous, Margarita the owner is so helpful before and throughout our stay. Apartment is so close to everything, making it easy to stay without a car. Swimming pool amazing which we seemed to have to ourselves throughout the stay. Beach is super close and we loved Lighthouse beach as its not too busy, the beach is very rocky but once you get past the rocks, the water was lovely to swim in, we also ate at the beach a couple of nights. The apartment has everything you need and is spacious with air conditioning, the garden is delightful and a real bonus to the property. We did get the bus to the harbour on one very very hot day and the bus stop is literally a 2 min walk from the property, but on other days we walked which took around 15 mins. At the harbour you can do water sports which we loved. We also enjoyed visiting the Tombs of the Kings and the the world heritage site of mosaics. We also enjoyed the cocktails and food at Thomass Jungle bar/restaurant a 2 min walk from the property. Margarita assisted us with transfers from and to the airport, Margarita really is a 1st class host.

The apartment was in a great location for exploring Paphos. Harbour was a 15 minute walk away or get the 615 bus on the Tomb of Kings Avenue which was only a 2 minute walk away. Old Town was a 20 minute walk away or get the 610 bus from the other side of the Kings Mall roundabout. Kings Mall Avenue had a good supermarket inside which was a 5 minute walk away. If you have a car Lidl is only a 5 minute drive away.
Margarita was a great host and always answered any query we had quickly.
The apartment was located in a quiet residential street with restaurants, bars and entertainment only a couple of minutes away.
The apartment was a good size and clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen.
Good sized garden and was lovely to sit outside at the table and eat. Pool area was good and not busy.

The apartment was so cool, calm and spacious. A perfect foil for busy Paphos. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the lovely welcome that we received from Margarita was appreciated after a long flight. The big selling point for us was the wonderful private garden with its beautiful trees and bushes. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the peace and sunshine.
There was nothing to dislike about this property.

The location of the apartment is in the center of Phapus, but the area is with a lot of immigrants.
Our experience was out to be far from pleasant. I feel compelled to share our disappointing experience so that others can make informed decisions when considering this property. Firstly, upon our arrival, we noticed the presence of fleas in the apartment and in the pool area. It was distressing to find these pests, especially when we were traveling with young children. The infestation made it impossible for us to fully enjoy our stay as we constantly had to worry about getting bitten or bringing the fleas back home with us. To make matters worse, our unfortunate experience escalated when we fell victim to a robbery during our stay. Unknown individuals broke into the apartment and stole our cash and valuable jewelry. This incident not only left us feeling violated but also deeply upset, as our personal belongings were taken away from us.

The apartment was perfect for us. The beds were so comfortable. The location was excellent being in a quiet cul de sac but with bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Margarita our host was wonderful and made sure that we had a lovely stay. There was a problem with one of the air conditioning units, but she was with us within 10 minutes and had an engineer out to fix the problem the same afternoon. We will certainly be visiting again.
