Wonderful
The property was bigger than expected, it was great that it had 2 bathrooms. All the rooms were good sizes. It was very clean throughout and very well equipped, we had everything we needed.

Super cool host, this lady is 24/7 available, if u need something. she's super nice and kind,
Only thing that I didn't like much was cleanness, you should improve cleaning service.

The host was very kind and waited for our arrival and gave us a house tour. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location is quite good, very close to Kings mall and 3 minutes away by Bolt/car from the harbour.

Location was convenient for our needs. Host was very nice and responsive to enquiries. Good amount of space for our group.
Noisy sports bar just down the street that played loud music late into the night. We had specifically booked an apartment with two bathrooms because there were 5 of us, but only one of the sinks was usable. Not ideal.

The property could have potential if the host would invest in it and maintain however there is not much to like following our negative experience.
Property is not well kept and level of cleanliness is of a low standard. The place has a cockroach infestation and the response of the host was far from positive. She simply blamed it on the climate and only said she MIGHT have to get the place checked out after the stay became unbearable leading us to leave the property and seek alternative accommodation in the middle of the night as our young kids were terrified. The state of the property shows that the infestation is probably being caused by open tiles, mould, lack of insect screens and open drains. Some furniture is also not in good condition.
One of the bathroom sinks was also not functioning and when we pointed it out to her she did not even comment or offer to come and fix it.
We requested the host to compensate us for 2 nights however she refused. She offered alternative accommodation after we came to a point where we had to leave in the middle of the night and pay for other accommodation
We also tried to complain to booking.com however to our disappointment so far we have found very little support as they are soley relying on what she says.

Very clean and spacious well equipped apartment with private garden which had a safety lock , secure for young children to play.in lovely clean pool. Host was very helpful and informative about location, only 15 minutes walk to the harbour, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again

Self catering was what we wanted, plenty of kitchen ware to help yourself with cooking :)
Location was very quiet, beach, restaurants and shops walking distance, so no particular need of renting car, unless you want to explore the island by yourself. There was an access to swimming pool, but warning not to use it due to some troubles with licence... I think it was outside of the season usual no no. we used it once anyway, colder than the sea lol

The host was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She contacted me prior to my trip, and she requested that I contact her upon arrival at Paphos Airport so that we could meet at the property. I completely forgot, and yet she was waiting for us with a smile. The apartment was precisely as shown in the images, and it was conveniently located behind Kings Avenue Mall.
Maybe more blankets.
