hotel was oldish, got stuck in the elevator..had to wait 10 minutes then the whole day the elevator wasn't fixed. booking promised free shuttle to and from the airport - the reception said they dont even have this option.

The hotel is a bit dated. Needs maintenance. For example the ac was not working. After maintenance, it was operating poorly.

The staff were amazing very friendly and helpful and the food was very good with lots of choice.
Some parts of the hotel showed its age, paint on the carpets and the indoor pool had mould on the ceilings and some of the cushions.

The indoor pool was to cold for me, also the bath in our room looked dated, as all inclusive expected a little more from the mini bar.

This is the 4th Tsokkos hotel where I stayed at in the past 12 months and the worst experience. The food offered a good variety and quality but lacked flavour. My room had a great view. Although there is no beach in front of the hotel, a nice sandy beach is about 15-20 min walking distance.
The hotel doesn’t have warm and welcoming atmosphere: the staff doesn’t smile, and every request is met with a “no”. the poor management is clearly noticeable. There is a harshly worded notice in front of the restaurant which could be phrased in a different way (picture attached), it is a bit like a detention centre. I even saw a waiter running after an old couple for taking some fruit to their room. I personally asked for a late checkout, and before I even finished my sentence, I was immediately told “no”, because another guest is coming, the woman at the reception didn’t even know my room number. When I questioned it and mentioned my great experience with Vrissiana (another hotel owned by the same company), then she said “ok,ok, you can stay until 1:00”. These small thighs make a huge difference. The code for the gym you are given at the reception requires you to take your phone with you while working out. Hallways are so dirty and clearly not frequently vacuumed.
All inclusive doesn’t truly mean all inclusive here. Mineral water isn’t included, and if you ask for a coffee at the bar before 10 o’clock, you will be charged (available at the restaurant for free), if you want a real espresso, from the professional machine, it will cost you 4 euros.
Wifi did not work in the room at all, only at the reception and restaurant.

Property with large / comfortable spaces (indoors and outdoors). Great swimming pool. Breakfast / dinner with huge selection of dishes. Spacious bedroom. Nice cocktails. By the sea. Nice indoor pool and gym. Great mattress. Free juice upon arrival. Free water / soft-drinks in fridge.
No sandy beach close to hotel (but rocks that would not let you get into the sea safely). General decoration of all spaces (especially reception / sitting areas / restaurant) kind cold. Property generally needs some kind of renovation (not up to the standard one would expect from a 5 star hotel). Although the variety of the buffets was great, the overall quality was not what one would expect from a five star hotel. Room a bit cold without the cover but too hot with it. No intermediate bed cover. Due to this we didn't sleep well for two nights.

Didnt feel like 5 star hotel, first of all there were cockroaches, based on staf expression its a well known problem and they dont do anything about, we were not offered to switch rooms or any complementary gift, all they did was take care of it (took the dead bug out) then they dont have beach its rocky and some what of a cliff, food was okeyish only that meat was always overcooked tough and rubbery but other then that i didnt feel like in 5 star hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location. The pools were very nice but too cold for us to spend any time in by October. The small waterpark was fine for little kids.
The hotel is more rundown and dated than I anticipated. While the rooms were clean, there were obviously things that they could not fix like the air conditioner would not turn on until the front desk came and showed us a trick to get it to work, and the mildew and excessive caulking in the shower area to fix what is obviously been a worn out bathroom. The rooms are not very quiet so on Friday night The poolside disco kept my son awake for a very long time thru our closed balcony door.
