A nice idea of a hotel in the form of a village. The hotel is directly next to the beach with sand. Excellent food, friendly staff. When I told the receptionist the mattress was too hard for me, it took them one minute to arrange and bring a mattress topper, which impressed me - not every even 5-star hotel was ready to do that for me.
The only inconvenience was the fact that when you have a room on the ground floor, the little terrace is right next to the street, so it would be easy for anyone to get in the room from the street. For this reason I was afraid to keep the terrace door open in the night. I would replace the door with a tilt-and-turn window. Or take a room on the first floor :-)

We traveled with 2,5-year old child and we stayed in Superior Studio with Inland View. First impression when we got in was that room was big, really clean and it was cleaned every day during our stay. There was big well equipped kitchen in our room and balcony with beautiful view. There is a possibility to use washing machine for 3 euros and also there was a drying rack on the balcony where we could dry our clothes if needed. Hotel area was also very clean. There were always enough sunbeds available by the pool or sea. Breakfast and dinner were very good for one week stay. Our little one enjoyed the children pool and especially the hotel beach, although it is little bit rocky and there is a lot of sea weed in the water. The staff was very friendly, helpful and we felt very welcomed there. When returning to Cyprus, we will for sure stay in Kefalos Beach Tourist Village again.
They are using a lot of celery, especially in the salads which they are offering. If you dont like the taste then it is a shame, because there are automatically much less options to choose from. Rest of the food was really good.

Great property by the beach. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Spa was also very nice.
Wifi in the rooms didn't work very well. Very limited vegetarian food options in the restaurant.

The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, no major complaints there. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful. The biggest highlight was the a la carte restaurant above the pool bar - the food was absolutely delicious and our waiter on the first night was superb. However, it was quite expensive, so not an option for every night.
Most other aspects of the property were rather disappointing. The whole place felt oriented toward mass tourism, with far too many pool beds crammed together like sardines. Trying to navigate through the maze of loungers crowded with overweight tourists to get to the beach or bar with our stroller was not an enjoyable experience.
The included breakfast was also subpar - bland tasting food, dry bread, chunky croissants and no fresh juice, just sickly sweet syrup water. The stale bread actively sucked all moisture from my mouth. The croissants were chunky with a questionable interior that made me suspect they were made from cardboard. Not a single item I tried tasted good - it was all completely flavorless and unappealing, like they went out of their way to make the worst buffet imaginable.
Lunch at the pool bar was even worse, with the worst hamburger I've ever had - like a microwaved supermarket burger gone wrong. The fries were okay though.

Good location, direct access to sea beach, walkable distance from Old town or harbour.
Breakfast provided broad spectrum of choices.
Facilities and area were all good. Staff nice and heplful. Specifically liked the village type set-up, the pathways very nice and cosy.

First-line location, good choice of food, four beer brands to choose from, room size, room cleaning, overall cleanliness, good Elysium beach nearby
Poor local beach, no self-service for drinks, no sparkling wine (at least for breakfast) in all-inclusive package, too much of diving and jumping-in in the swimming pool

We booked Bed and breakfast and were impressed by everything. The breakfast had many coices and was always well stocked, the room was huge with a living room?kitchen?diner a large bathroom and a large bedroon with a comfortable bed. The room was always cleaned to perfection.
