Good breakfast with fresh juices. The room was new, well-furnished, and featured a lovely veranda. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed me to order a comfortable pillow for a good night's sleep. Bathrobes, slippers, and bottled water were provided, although I noticed that toothbrushes and combs were missing. A nice touch was the complimentary Prosecco and sweets they left for us
The indoor pool was a bit disappointing: the water looked murky and didn't seem very clean. We occasionally noticed stray hairs in the water, and the temperature was too cold for a child.
I also booked a facial treatment, but it was quite a letdown. They just applied various products to my face without even performing a proper facial massage. It felt very basic for the price

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Service is fantastic. Room had a great balcony and ocean view. And the breakfast was the best anywhere. Location was very convenient to other restaurants and bars and there's a fantastic broadwalk that leads down to the city center and waterfront that's only 2km away. We also stayed at the Four Seasons in Limassol, and I thought the Elysium was better in every way.
The shower and bathtub are one unit and can be a little harrowing to enter/exit.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were great, always smiling and willing to help. Everything was super clean, and the breakfast was awesome, with so many choices and amazing taste. We did have an issue with bed bugs in our room, but it was handled immediately. We were given a new room and received a partial refund, this why this is on "what did you like section".

We had a wonderful stay and would especially like to highlight the outstanding staff. Every member of the team took great care of us throughout our vacation. They were clearly very well trained, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
One thing that truly stood out happened during our stay, when several families were relocated from the UK military base in Akrotiri following the drone attacks. For about two days, the hotel suddenly felt like a small kindergarten with many additional children and families arriving unexpectedly. Despite the extra and unplanned pressure this created, the staff handled everything brilliantly. They remained calm, helpful, and always smiling, which was impressive to see.
Another thoughtful touch was on the day of our departure. Because we had a very early flight home, the staff made sure we had takeaway breakfasts ready for us. This small gesture was very much appreciated and showed how attentive and considerate the team is.
We also really liked the location of the hotel, which is conveniently close to the main attractions and many great restaurants in Paphos. It made exploring the area very easy and enjoyable.
In addition, we had the chance to enjoy the spa and booked a few treatments during our stay. Once again, the experience was excellent and the staff there were just as superb—professional, welcoming, and attentive.
For their professionalism, kindness, and dedication, the hotel truly deserves a 10+ for its people. They made our stay memorable, and we are very grateful.
Starting with the smaller ones: the welcoming card in the room misgendered me. It was clearly a small mistake, but worth mentioning. The welcome drink was a nice gesture and appreciated; however, in other 5-star hotels where we have stayed, guests are usually offered a choice of drinks rather than a single option.
The hotel app was also not very useful. It repeatedly asked for the booking reference and date of arrival instead of memorizing the data, which made it inconvenient to use. We also tried using the chat feature to ask for the Wi-Fi password, but without success. In the end, we had to call reception because the password was not clearly available anywhere in the room.
The biggest drawback, however, was the room itself. Having a room with carpet (moquette) in a hotel located close to the beach in a Southern European country felt like a poor choice and unfortunately impacted the overall impression of the stay.
In addition, the air conditioning and ventilation did not seem to work properly and was clearly an outdated system. The system was only blowing warm air, and even when setting the temperature to 12.5°C, the room never went below 22°C (we measured that). This made our stay a bit uncomfortable at night, and we ended up sleeping with the window open. Fortunately, the area was quiet enough for that to be possible. Still, if we had stayed during the summer months, the room would likely have been extremely hot.
It is a real pity, because aside from this issue, the hotel and especially its staff left a very positive impression.

From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff were so obliging, helpful, and polite. The room and service were exceptional. There was everything you would need in the room. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff, too. They were so friendly. The location is fantastic. A short walk to all amenities.
