It seems like Eleny Holiday Resort is the best place I ever stayed. Incredibly spacious and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast and dinner, and great location. Highly recommended.

The property seemed to be renovated recently, though still, more serious work is still required in order to modernize it.
Unmotivated staff, lack of professional experience, cleanliness is on the low side despite what humanity just experienced couple of years ago during COVID, the folks doesn't even offer shampoo in 2025... Bottom line, it felt like a startup by some amateurs. I wonder what quality assurance you (booking com) have in place before listing and even promoting any property!!!

We spent a few days at the end of December 2025. The room was clean and modern. The heating worked flawlessly so we were able to set the desired room temperature (we like it warm) in otherwise cold and windy weather. Breakfast and dinners were perfect: great variety and really delicious food. (I wish we spent some more days to enjoy the complete 7 day dinner program cycle). Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. As a pleasant surprise the hotel organized Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve with some entertainment program. For the price we paid, the hotel exceeded my expectations. Bravo, Eleni!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the facilities were good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient.
What really stood out was the service, especially from Patricia at the reception. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. Thanks to her, we felt welcomed and comfortable from the very first moment.
We truly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Great place for families with kids - pools, outdoor activities, animation! Buses are nearby, the beach is beautiful. Nice direction for all seasons!

Great location near everything but away at same time very calm area, good pools, good room with a lot of space and well clean with good food and very easy to stay and return.
The park it is on the streat, so can be hard sometimes to find a place near.

Breakfast wasn't bad at all. Room big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids.
Pool towels are not given out for free as in other hotels. You are required to leave a deposit...in CASH...it's 21st century outside, someone should inform the hotel management

The food was good, they offer great variety of food in the buffet.
The team of entertainment is super nice, special mention to Scici and Erika.
The swimming pool was super cold.
If you want to have a towel for the swimming pool or rent the ping pong rackets you have to give a deposit in cash. I was not able to use them because I don’t use cash and there were no more options.

Food and breakfast was very good regarding quality and quantity. Location was quiet and near to everything within 10 minutes.
The air conditioner had not been adjusted before our arrival, so I was unable to operate it at night.. Also, we had fewer blankets (1 less) and they were very thin, so the night was a little.. colder.

Only that the location of the hotel was near the place of interest
Well! Everything else was EXTREMELY BAD! let me begin with the management and their unprofessionalism! Tried to contact the property more than 3 times they tell me that they are not available and ask me to call at another time! How can a 4 star hotel be categorized as 4 star if they don't even have answers to their clients! Not by phone not by messages! Meanest people reached ever! Second the hotel was full of mosquitos and no actions taken! Balconies made without shelters in case you need to smoke and it's raining so you get all wet! Water is filtered water and bottled water are not available! Water has yellow color! When you ask someone to get you a bottled one he tells you that even if you are gonna pay for it you have to wait until the store is open! Actually I travel more than once a week and this hotel has won the worst service/stay/management EVER!
