clean
hotel too big so the buffet was like a zoo
staff were absolutely horrible apart from the cleaners, staff in the hairdressers and one member of staff that helped with breakfast
we felt very unwelcome and looked down upon would never return
food was less than average and no chance to book in to any of the restaurants

Well, everything.
As we arrived, we meet the nicest staff ever. We had a very warm, friendly, cool and professional welcome.
The room was nice. The food was good with plenty of choices. The outside aria, swimming pool, bar beach and beach, big and lots of space for everyone.
Special thanks to: Marian at entrance, at reception Elena and inside bar Valentina.
You guys made us feel very welcome and help us when needed.
Only one thing. The elevators. Yes, there are 3 of them, but it's a crowded, huge hotel.
Maybe would be better if an elevator would do just 1 or 2 floor.

The whole area is very very beautiful. Sunsets are just amazing.
The swimming pool was very large the temperature was perfect.
The water aerobics were very fun actually.
The staff were all very friendly and hardworking.
The bed was very large and comfortable.
Food was good - there was a lot to choose from we would say, the breakfast was pretty much the same every day but there were delicious things. The music programme - the pianist, saxophonist and the music in the pool bar during the day and night was very good - we enjoyed it.
We would recommend visiting Hawas - the Lebanese restaurant in the hotel. Food was very delicious and the portions were just right.
Wifi is also good in the hotel, no problems with that.
The fact that the hotel is adults only we really liked. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing as a whole which is something we appreciated
We expected a bit more in the cleanliness of the room as a whole tbh, even though the towels were changed every day. We expected to have an iron in the room. There was this smell from the drain that one would sense quite often.
We expected a lot more fruit - watermelon, melons, peaches, bananas and so on which were missing in the restaurant. Tomatoes were not good, and we expected avocado as well. Fresh fish was also missing as food which was surprising for us.
The beverages, especially the cocktails in the pool bar were very very sweet and just not good. The alcoholic beverages in the lounge were a bit better.
About the greek tavern - we had a reservation for our last night as the night before we went in Hawas the Lebanese restaurant and were very impressed. The food was good in the greek restaurant but the portions were humongous for us personally and tbh the food was not traditional Greek food in my opinion as we have eaten Greek food in a lot of places so we expected something very different from what we had. There was no fish whatsoever.

The hotel has a large and beautiful pool, and the shore is a few meters away. The cocktail bar is amazing and the staff was kind 24/7. Breakfast was great and the snack bar during lunch is awesome. Special thanks to Marina at the front desk, and Renata with the activities.
The rooms that are not deluxe are very poorly maintained, with mould and bad smell. We did get a free upgrade to a deluxe room once we complained about this issue. In addition, there are 4 restaurants in the hotel in addition to the main dining room, which every guest is entitled to visit if they stay for more than 3 nights. The booking system for these restaurants are awful, and had we not complained to the staff, we would have missed out on a lovely dinner. I dont think a guest should fight to receive everything he paid for, and I hope management addresses these issues.

Had a really nice time we only stayed one night as we had a apartment with the family In Paphos. Took the wife away without the kids. Booked the cottage with its own private pool. We had a lovely time. Even though check was at 11 we was aloud to use the facilities all the next day. Thanks to everyone
