good value for money as we had found the hotel on Black Friday
bus stop right outside which was handy
very safe
great cocktail menu
service was extremely slow
not much by way of day time entertainment - majority were inside which isnt what you want when its sunny
food was often cold and very minimal hot options for vegetarians

Comfortable, good location, great food and assortment, rooms were comfortable and clean, hotel staff very friendly and accommodating, beautiful grounds and sea view
We came during construction, so it was noisy a couple of days. TVs didn’t allow Netflix connection, would be nice. All inclusive means bar liquor, so keep that in mind, we would upgrade to premium, if we went again. Very popular with retirees.

Location perfect. Facilities are OK. Cleaning and reception fine. Cook very good, especially meat.
Too small main restaurant. Very crowded during breakfast and dinner. You need to hunt for a clean table☹️. Despite advertising 5 restaurants only two were open. Starting December 1st only 1.

I’ve been to Cyprus six times, but I never expected such a bad hotel. The staff were very rude. I want to point out that we booked a room with a sea view in advance. At the reception, a woman named Victoria told us that they were giving us an even higher-class room — a premium room with a sea view. We went to the room and saw that she had actually given us a small side room with only a partial sea view. We were shocked. We went back down and said that this was not the room we had booked. We asked for the room we had paid for. She started making excuses, but we insisted that they change the room immediately. They called the manager and changed our room. Dear travelers, don’t trust this kind of behavior. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We stayed for 6 days, and during that time they didn’t even change the bed linen once. I want to say that this hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. For me, it’s 2 stars at best. I do not recommend it at all.
Every day the food was the same and not tasty. The soups were too salty, the meat was dry and overcooked, and the salads were terrible. Only the white wine was okay, and at least there was a coffee machine.

The property is bright and clean! The front desk staff surprised us by upgrading our stay to the private pool as it’s our third year anniversary. We couldn’t thank them more and truly had a wonderful time here. Everything from the spa to the buffet is 10 out of 10. The private beach they own is definitely ‘can’t-miss-spot! We’d definitely come back again :)

The view from the 6th floor is truly worth it and the bonus executive lounge is quite handy if you miss some meals. The food is great, we especially liked the Greek but we also enjoyed Asian, Italian and Mexican. The pool is refreshing as it should be and the seaside is worth to have a long walk.
We would like to especially highlight Tamara from guest services because she truly made our stay so much better. We would also like to mention helpful Maria and the optimistic guy with a great humor that served us drinks at the pool. Thank you!
The overall briefing could have been a little better at the reception but it must have been an issue with us checking in earlier. We were informed that if we scan the QR code then we would find all the info we need, but we didn’t find everthing in there. Therefore we had an issue with getting a reservation at the hotel restaurants, but everything got sorted out better than we expected thanks to Tamara.

Spent 7 days with my fiance here. Tamara, the guest relations manager was one of the kindest and most helpful person we have ever met. The staff is always smiling, everyone is exceptionally helpful and kind. The location is outstanding all our requests were met. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, high-class service and good atmosphere with live music and kind service staff.
We had some troubles with our room, but the staff managed to get it into shape within a short period of time. The snack bar offered a lot of different bites to grab, but unfortunately the quality of the ingreditents were not like we would expect.

+ The room was well equipped and included plenty of toiletries, bottled water, and even wine
- The hotel has four specialty restaurants offering different cuisines, which require advance booking. However, when we arrived, all tables were already reserved for the next three days, so we were only able to visit three of them during the last three days of our stay. It would be helpful if the hotel could set a daily booking limit to ensure availability for newcomers. Also, don’t expect to find unique or truly authentic dishes in these restaurants, but it was delicious.
- We noticed a few small bugs in the room once, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t happen again.
- Our window faced the outside area, and the neighboring hotel hosted karaoke nights on the weekend. Unfortunately, all the noise carried straight into our room.
