Very Poor
Location - 10 minutes to the seaside and archeological site and close to good restaurants. Room is spacious.
So, where to start? Me and my husband have travelled to over 60 countries all over the world and stayed in hundreds of accomodations. And this is my first 1-star booking review. So just to give you a context that I am definetely not a notorious complainer and I really do not expect some luxury when I pay 63 euro for a European hotel in 2026. BUT. One thing is that the hotel is very worn out. I personally don't care that much about this fact when I see that there is some care taken regarding the furniture service etc. But this is not the case. It looks like there has been no service done for many years. Another thing is that the bed linen was not clean. It probably was washed (at least smelled like that) but it had stains. There was of course also some mould... so given these conditions, even when the price is pretty low, I would still say it is a bit too high, also compared with 6 different accomodations we stayed in during our Cyprus trip. But despite all these things I would not give the 1 rating - maybe 6/7... but what made me do this is the TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR of the staff, probably manager (he did not introduce himself, just started to shout loudly at us when we parked our car in front of the reception). I would say, if you can't handle your behaviour/emotions, you simply should not work with people, it's that simple. We are your PAYING customers, not the opposite way. As I mentioned before, we have never ever had any problems with any staff anywhere in the world. Of course, not everyone is always friendly and smiling, but that's normal. But this... was a total "red line crossing" and ruined many following hours of our vacation.

The staff was super nice. I was able to leave my backpack the checkout day which was super convenient. The room had air conditioning which is always useful. Location is great, easy walk to the harbor and not too far from the "city center", it's all very walkable. There is a direct bus from and to the airport and the stop is super close which is very convenient. Internet worked perfectly. Towels were clean. Pillows were comfortable.
There was visible mold in the bathroom, which was concerning from a hygiene perspective. The bedding was also not up to standard: the comforter did not have a protective cover and had noticeable stains, which made it feel unclean.
In addition, there appeared to be a nest (possibly from a spider) in the folds of the curtain. The couch was not very comfortable and also did not seem properly clean, with small black specks present (it was unclear whether this was dirt or food residue), which made the overall experience uncomfortable.
Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property did not meet expectations. Water pressure from the shower could be stronger. I'm grateful I was able to leave my backpack there after checkout but the "luggage storage" option is to leave the luggage in the reception completely in the open with no security, no tags with name, nothing to identify the owner.

The staff were readily available and went above and beyond while I was traveling, meeting, or researching the area for my book, offering valuable insights into Cyprus.
I could not stay longer. I am already planning my next trip back to Kato/Paphos.

The location
I do not recommend this hotel. The furniture is old, and the second bed looked like an old hospital bed. The bathroom was in such poor condition that I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. Everything felt very worn out.
The biggest issue was that they brought a bus of teenagers who had a loud party outdoors by the pool. We asked them to stop because we paid for a hotel room, not a nightclub, and our 10-month-old baby had just recovered from a fever and was still sick. The receptionist was very arrogant and said nothing could be done. The loud music and noise continued even at midnight.

We had a nice large room, and the A/C units worked well when we needed them.
Please note that you get what you pay for. These rooms are cheap to stay in, and the rooms reflect the price you pay. My overall rating reflects a balance of price versus amenities. There were some quirky parts of staying here. It was interesting that the water pressure was nearly nonexistent late in the evening (back to normal in the morning). The water was warm but I would have preferred a bit warmer. There is evidence that maintenance is not being attended to. There were many floor tiles that appeared to be coming loose over time. We had two bathrooms in our room, and the one had a shower where both doors were removed (they had apparently broken in the past). The other parts of the shower enclosure (fixed walls) still remained, and those fixed walls might deflect some of the splashing water, but I can only imagine how messy it might get with the two doors removed. We used the other bathroom, which had a complete shower enclosure. I hope that they can sort out these issues as the neighborhood and the overall facilities are quite good.

It's on a good location and we have used it only for one night as it was just 20 minutes with a bus to the airport where bus station is 5 minutes walking distance.
I don’t mind old furniture or that everything was dated. I understand you get what you pay for, and the price was really cheap. But what I can’t understand is why the place wasn’t cleaned properly. When lying on the bed you could smell the dust. The bedsheets also didn’t seem properly cleaned. They were clean, but you could still see some stains on them.
The bathroom also needs some upgrading, and you wouldn’t need to invest too much money to make it better. I would not recommend this accommodation for stays longer than one night, to be honest.

Great location and very central... just a short walk to the front. From the outside it looks like a traditional taverna... just on a larger scale. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The room was a decent size and there was a nice wee balcony with a garden view. Pool was fairly small but there were enough sunloungers around it. Very quiet at night so was a great relaxing holiday.
Room was a bit tired-looking and in need of decoration but for the price it was adequate. Everything just in need of a little TLC.

I booked the room for one night because I needed to fly the. next day at 05:50 and I ended up leaving the room and sleep in my rental car. Room was dirty and full of cockroaches. Small kitchen in the draws, Even behind the bed they were crawling out. fridge was leaking on the floor. Didn't even wanted to take shower. Never again. they should close that hotel and burn it down.
