The service was exceptional. Champagne on arrival, cold towels and complimentary smoothies by the pool every day. Food was great! The hotel was very quiet compared to others which we loved! We had a very late flight and they let us stay in our room until dinner! (free of charge) the hotel was on the more expensive side but you really do get so much value and service
The property itself is on the classical side/ somewhat dated

The staff was super amazing. Big thanks to Janos, Adam, Filip, Giorgios, Marios, Dhan and Ovi, and of course to everyone else. It was a big pleasure meeting you all. The hotel is astonishingly beautiful and clean. The location, the view and the beach was also pefect. Once again, thank you all for this unforgettably perfect holiday.

Our arrival was superb! We were greeted but several people, offered refreshments and were invited to a private area for the checkin process. The suite was large, with plenty of space for storage. Spacious lounge, bathroom and huge terrace. The view to the pool and the sea was awesome. One of the best things was the food! Excellent breakfast, huge selection in the buffets for dinner, and the a la carte restaurants offered a high level of sophistication. Evening entertainment was really refined and suitable for a relaxing couple's holiday - an excellent selection of singers and musicians performing amazingly but quietly in the background. The bar staff around the pool and the beach was always available for refreshments. Oh and the beach area was the best out of al the hotels in the area! Checkout was just as amazing as the checkin, with a warm goodbye from the reception staff. Don't forget to tip the staff!
The capacity for the a la carte restaurants is very limited, so they had to be booked in advance. If you forget, the buffet option is an excellent alternative. I suppose the hotel chose not to increase capacity and compromise the quality of the food and service. Be prepared that all the extras (drinks, spa, cabanas etc) need to be paid for additionally, and the bill increases quite quickly.

Wonderful staff, so helpful and always smiling. The hotel is being cleaned all the time! our room was cleaned several times a day and the public areas as well great pool Dennis the aqua gym insturctor is awesome! Knows how to catch everyone's attention and lead fun workouts Very nice breakfast, weekday dinners are not mandatory but Friday special dinner with cultural show was great.

It was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The room we had was lovely, it was cleaned daily, lots of fresh towels and toiletries. There was a variety of places to relax and at no point did you feel there were too many people around.
Whilst the beach is the perfect distance from the hotel, the beach itself was very rocky, which made getting into the water and swimming very difficult.

We were given an upgrade to a larger suite, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was very good, with an excellent selection and super fresh fruit. We did not sample the restaurants, as we did not book the night before as advised, and there was no availability when requesting on the day. Not a problem for us as were happy to dine in Paphos old town and at a lovely Italian restaurant that was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff and management were very friendly and hospitable. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and in the gardens. The pool was lovely and a great temperature. The hotel had a good standard of cleanliness, is well maintained and of a more traditional style.

The second time we stay in the hotel for our wedding anniversary and it was incredible! Upgraded room with sea view and complimentary chocolate cake were a pleasant surprise. Delicious food, cleanliness, comfortable bed, large bathroom, wonderful swimming pool. Highly recommended 5 star hotel in Cyprus! Thank you very much for the excellent service
