Breakfast is good with reasonable, wellprepared choices.
The pool area was reasonably good.
Generally, the whole system is unorganised.
Although the room had a coffee pod and cups, there wasn't any coffee, tea, sugar, etc. sachets, neither any water. When we contacted the reception, we were told to drink coffee at the lounge bar.
The bed was uncomfortable.
There is only one small sitting lounge at the reception area, but the furniture is very old, unmaintained, and very uncomfortable.
No snacks are available for not "all inclusive" customers, except for pool hours at the pool bar.
Definitely not a 4* hotel and not value for money for what it offers.
We don't recommend it.

Hotel failure. Not even close to a 4-star rating. Dirty bathrooms with visible grime and limescale. Furniture-damaged. Room cleaning only entails making the bed and changing towels; the rest remains untouched. Key point: I booked the stay mainly for the spa with biological renewal. Upon arrival, it turned out to be closed!!!! Only the pools and a pseudo-sauna are operational, but there are no services or massages available. Extra note: I was given a torn, damaged towel for my feet. When I brought it to the reception's attention, I was told it's just for feet, so what's the difference.

Clean room in general , nice view
Run down hotel, bad breakfast, spa was not nice and no massages or steam bath available. No private beach access. Had a cockroach in the room and they didnt even come to spray, they gave us the spray to do it.

Locatiin was near to Venus beach,
Brekafast was good.
Poolside was very nice , bar and bar food also.
They let us to leave stuff an allowed us to take shower since we had late night flight.
We had standard room with view and pay extra for that but the view wasn't that good.
Check in is divided for those who book directly and for those who book via Booking, so we have to wait additional hour.Stuff was not professional (except one young lady). Utilities are used and hotel also need to be refreshed.
Cleaning of the room was not on the level for 4 hotel.
Lady at spa wasn't so polite for issuing towels and support for SPA treatments.
Jacuzzi was always full of kids playing inside and stuff was just supervising them, so no access to the spa.
Breakfast was good but if you find plates and forks .

View was beautiful and a nice quiet environment, other than the noise of the elevator, in a good location. We stayed here 4 years ago and it was great but unfortunately has degraded a lot.
Breakfast was cold other than the omelettes, overall breakfast was completely disorganised, no glasses for juice, no cups for coffee and on one day no plates for the food half way through the breakfast schedule. Breakfast staff were around 6 members of staff too short which meant the staff were overworked and bordering on being exhausted/miserable. Room had great kitchen facilities, perfect for a family however there was no bath so for small children would be extremely difficult. We did however book a room for 3 adults so maybe rooms for children are different. Overall design of the suite was terrible, so much wasted space and left the bathroom to be so small and nowhere to put toiletries in the shower other than on the floor, no nonslip shower mat - I had to wear my flip glops in the shower, a flimsy shower curtain that replaced a previous door. Stained bed sheets. Cheap linen and only 4 pillows for 3 people.

The location and the breakfast
The whole building looks and feels very old and not maintained, broken water fossette, rusty shower, mold on the doors and the walls.
Tiny old tv with broken speakers and many many more.
I did mention those to the reception, and they just said "i will forward it to the manager"
I did regret evere single euro i gave

Nothing, absolutely nothing for someone to like! If you like dirty gray (from dirt) jacuzzi water, freezing internal pool water and cold breakfast then this is definitely the place for you! If not, stay away!!!!
Wow where do i start? So many things! Cold breakfast we had to ask them 3 times n nothing changed they had the warmers off! Internal pool which was the reason we booked it was again not heated and was absolutely freezing so we couldn't use it! The "lifeguard" just sat there on his phone not even looking up! Next room jacuzzi disgusting beyond imagination! Gray water super dirty and very stinky! We asked to change towels as the shower didn't seal properly n everything got soaked, the cleaning lady literally said not today you can't change towels only in 2 days crazy! Hairdryer in room is extremely old and heats up every minute n switches off n u had to wait 3 mins for it to work again to get another minute! Took us forever to dry out hair! We called them told them, maintenance guys came to room told us yeah that's how it is because they are old!!!!! How is this a 4 star hotel?!?!?! Doesn't even have the basics of a 1 star hotel!!!! Had a kids "playroom" what a misconception!!!! No toys for kids and filthy!!!!! Just disgusting!!!!! This hotel should really not be listed as a hotel at all let alone a 4 star hotel! Ruined our weekend and we all came back sick! Makes sense took us 2 hours to manage to dry our hair n were in an unhygienic environment!

Very spacious, has ok kitchen equipment
Even though had kitchen and washing machine in the room, there were no detergents, no salt, no pepper, no kitchen towels, sponge, etc.
Clothes drying rack was also missing and the staff was surprised about that :)
There was no Do not disturb sign to hang on the door and cleaning lady was telling me something angrily in greek after I refused cleaning two times. The realised that I dont have the sign and brought it.
Some staff members are nice and friendly some not so.
Tap in one of the bathrooms (there were two in the suite) wast properly fixed to the sink so I had to hold the tap with one hand while opening it withe the other
Property needs some attention.

The room was really big and clean
The receptionist when we arrived was aggressive and bad temper. She wouldn't let anyone check in before 15:00 o clock even families with kids and old pensioners, she didn't even bother to do the check in papers in advance so when it was 15:00 to give the keys. At 15:00 she started the checkin paper work
