Wonderful
I definitely enjoyed the beautiful sea view from the room terrace,the terrace was also very big which was surprising.I also enjoyed the view from the hotel restaurant when having breakfast.
In all there was nothing specific that I didn’t like maybe just in my opinion in certain places or in some rooms it could use a little sprucing up and the TV’s definitely need an upgrade but in general everything was very nice.

Wonderful
We (family of three) really enjoyed the resort hotel. We had a spacious apartment suite on the ground floor - living room with attached kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (including toilet) and separate toilet. The large terrace in front connects to the inner courtyard of the hotel which has two pools (closed during our visit, which made sense in December). The room was very clean. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Wifi worked reliable and fast. The hotel has an indoor pool and gym, which we used daily. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choice and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space at the hotel, which was useful, since we had rented a car. The hotel is close by the so-called Tombs of the Kings archeological site. It is a 45 minute walk from the city centre, which you take on the lovely beach boulevard. A sandy beach can be easily reached within 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel also has a well-stocked mini-market, but very nearby there is also a Lidl supermarket (200 meters).
The gym had three home-trainer bikes, all of which were not functioning after the first day of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped but small details like dishcloth and dishwashing detergent were missing.

Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very nice.
No hot water! The TV did not work. The outlet for the hotpot did not work. We had to use the outlet in the hallway for coffee. This is the second time we were given twin beds. I don't know about most couples, but I like to sleep WITH my husband while on holiday. The front desk said they would put the twin beds together and put a mattress on top so the beds stayed together, so we accepted the room. But when housekeeping came, there was no mattress available. They again "promised" they would bring the mattress for our second night's stay, but it never happened. Our first stay was wonderful, except for issues with the air-conditioning. I understand it is an older hotel and not peak season, but all these issues are unacceptable. It is sad to see the decline in accommodations and services within 4 year's time. Also, I have never stayed at a hotel when a return visit was not acknowledged in some way. This was our third and last stay.

Spa facilities were working properly. It’s damp everywhere, there was mold and paint falling off due to bad ventilation. We had a cockroach in our room and all this ruined our stay:(

We loved everything!
Just one mark , please work on the service in the restaurant and at the reception. The service needs to be better, and the staff needs to be more professional. The restaurant staff (at breakfast) was unprofessional!

The pool and beach walk
The hotel is very creepy and depressing.Rooms and ally ways are similar to a hospital. People in the hotel were rude as well. Showers were bad and the AC control unit is not functioning properly.
