The room was fantastic, huge, with a nice sea view, and very clean. I would say super clean! It had everything you need.
Outdoor and indoor pools are big and clean. We used both :). Sauna is ok too. Also we liked a breakfast. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful, especially Christos - maintenance guy and a Russian speaking girl at the Reception.
1. There is NO hammam! Booking.com needs to amend the information about the hotel facilities. I booked this hotel especially for hammam... The hotel has a steam bath in stead but it was out of order during our visit... Very disappointing.
2. Only 6 TV channels were working, 4 of them are sport channels.. Very poor and TV system. The management should take care of its improvement.

Location, big nice room
Although the furniture of the room was new, it still needed maintenance (e.g. some mirrors were broken etc.). Although the hotel is beautiful, spacious, and in an excellent location, there were a few issues. For example, the fountain outside looked neglected. Additionally, the cleanliness could have been a bit better. However, overall it was good value for money, and I would stay again.

Everything was great, but one staff member ruined my entire trip
This staff member wouldn’t let my guest in my room and actually stalked us to make sure he didn’t go in our room. We wanted to take a night walk on the beach and this staff member started referring to this as “American bull shit” and told us not to bring our American bull shit to Cyprus (whatever that means) I got it all on camera. He followed us and started screaming at us and we weren’t even on the property, but even if we were on the property I don’t understand what the issue was. As I am a paying guest. I think he targeted us because we were black. There was another couple outside and he said nothing to them, but kept following us. I told my guests to wait on the sidewalk as I grabbed a jacket inside. This worker watched me go inside and started to threaten my guest to not go into the property when he was waiting on the sidewalk for me to come back out. I had a ground floor room so it was accessible from the beach side. He called for security to come out and security confirmed that we weren’t doing anything wrong. Very very unhappy we ended up just staying somewhere else that night

I definitely enjoyed the beautiful sea view from the room terrace,the terrace was also very big which was surprising.I also enjoyed the view from the hotel restaurant when having breakfast.
In all there was nothing specific that I didn’t like maybe just in my opinion in certain places or in some rooms it could use a little sprucing up and the TV’s definitely need an upgrade but in general everything was very nice.

We (family of three) really enjoyed the resort hotel. We had a spacious apartment suite on the ground floor - living room with attached kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (including toilet) and separate toilet. The large terrace in front connects to the inner courtyard of the hotel which has two pools (closed during our visit, which made sense in December). The room was very clean. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. Wifi worked reliable and fast. The hotel has an indoor pool and gym, which we used daily. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choice and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking space at the hotel, which was useful, since we had rented a car. The hotel is close by the so-called Tombs of the Kings archeological site. It is a 45 minute walk from the city centre, which you take on the lovely beach boulevard. A sandy beach can be easily reached within 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel also has a well-stocked mini-market, but very nearby there is also a Lidl supermarket (200 meters).
The gym had three home-trainer bikes, all of which were not functioning after the first day of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped but small details like dishcloth and dishwashing detergent were missing.

Disappointing
Breakfast was good. Most of the staff were very nice.
No hot water! The TV did not work. The outlet for the hotpot did not work. We had to use the outlet in the hallway for coffee. This is the second time we were given twin beds. I don't know about most couples, but I like to sleep WITH my husband while on holiday. The front desk said they would put the twin beds together and put a mattress on top so the beds stayed together, so we accepted the room. But when housekeeping came, there was no mattress available. They again "promised" they would bring the mattress for our second night's stay, but it never happened. Our first stay was wonderful, except for issues with the air-conditioning. I understand it is an older hotel and not peak season, but all these issues are unacceptable. It is sad to see the decline in accommodations and services within 4 year's time. Also, I have never stayed at a hotel when a return visit was not acknowledged in some way. This was our third and last stay.
