Wonderful
They were so kind as to let me check-in over 2 hours ahead of time
The apartment is spacious, has a very nice terrace, comfy mattress, everything is functional. Could use some revamp though
Location is really convenient for the beach
Modestos is very kind, as most people in the area.
Not a negative as all was good but facilities could use some revamp

Even though we arrived very late, the host was very responsive and helpful with check-in and getting the key to us. The apartment is big and have lots of space. We loved the balcony and the location as well. The beach is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.
Maybe just one little thing: the shower door was broken and it was a little hard to manage it but besides this we didn't have any problem.

Apartment was good and very spacious. Parking places on the spot, always able to find few free. Staff was friendly and helpful. Several restaurants already nearby, more can be found with some 20 mins walking to a more busy area in Kato Pafos. Hotel is close to a beach and to the Promenade. Guests should mind the power socket types (UK-type) for their electric devices. Good thing, one adapter was already provided in the room.
WiFi internet could've been a little stronger and faster.

Our apartment was vast and comfy, with everything required for short/medium/long stay. It's in a good location(however for new guests it can be a little tricky to find the path to the building), everything is located in a walking distance, Host is very nice person and is ready to help as much as he can.
We will come back again for sure.
Sometimes it smelled from the bathroom.
WIFI connectivity is very poor.

The only good thing was the location.
It was full of live and dead ants on the terrace, in the bathroom and the kitchen. I also found two cockroaches. All cupboards and wardrobes smell like mould. I changed rooms but in the second one it was the same! I'm sure most of the good comments are fake. I don't recommend this place.

It was easy to collect the keys. location is near the beach. place is quite nice.
The consumables that exist usually such as shampoo, soap, salt, etc did not exist in the apartement. You might see a couple of cockroaches in the apartment a day.

Location is perfect - in a quiet location, but literally only a couple of minutes from bars and restaurants and the Olympic Lagoon Paphos hotel where we had family staying so we were able to meet them on the beach.
