We only appreciated the location and the staff. Other than that this place was a complete letdown.
Our room was in the middle of nowhere, in the most smelly part of the resort - next to a weird restaurant. The bathroom and the kitchen were completely disgusting. Looks like they havent gotten clean in at least 10 years. The only bearable place to be was the living room, this is why we spent most of our time there.

Location- 2 minutes walk to harbour/seafront.
Large pool with plenty of loungers & an advertised no reserving policy!
Nice outside bar/restaurant area (nice inside too!)
Lovely staff.
We had a two double bedroom apartment with all the necessary amenities & a small balcony - basic furnishings but all that we needed.
Not much!
Some fresh juice would have been nice (they have a machine with sugary juice drink rather than fresh - but theres a supermarket over the road with a fresh juice squeezer so not a problem).
They keep the outside area nice & clean - but the guy with the leaf blower does start at 7:00am so youre never late for breakfast!

Oh my gosh, the staff here is absolutely wonderful! I initially booked Marina hostel, but it turned out to be awful, so I booked this place as nothing else was available for a decent price. It was a bit expensive as I was travelling solo, but I'm so glad I did! Especially want to thank Christala, you're wonderful! And Jeff from the restaurant (not sure that's the name, maybe Steve? Not sure, sorry!), He was very accomodating :)
Even though the rooms are a bit outdated, it has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and each bedroom as well as the living room have a/c. The rooms are clean, spacious, and there's a socket next to the bed (behind the curtain and low to the ground). There's hot water, plenty of space to put your toiletries, there's also plenty of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner! Kitchen is quite big, but I didn't really use it. Big living room with a balcony. Not the best view, but it was nice to have an outside area. It was on the second floor and there's no elevator, so keep that in mind. It didn't bother me. TV has Netflix :-)
I got a free upgrade to all-inclusive, which included breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks. The food was pretty decent, but it could improve on the vegetarian/vegan selection. Really loved the vegetarian quiche and brownie though!
The pool is lovely, not heated but it's so warm during the day that the water felt nice. It's also not super deep but you can still swim in one half of the pool. There's also a gym, but I didn't use it.
Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour, the bus station, the castle and Kato Pafos (archeological site). You can take the bus from the station to the Tombs of the Kings, the market and the airport. The mall is about 15 minutes away by foot.
I'm not a big fan of resorts or all-inclusive hotels, but if I ever come back to Paphos, I'd definitely take a few friends with me and stay here...
Interior is quite outdated.
The fridge didn't work, I didn't really need it, but did notify staff to look at it after I checked out.
You're not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet, which I understand but then please, at least clean the bin daily.
Not enough vegetarian/vegan options for food. Mostly got potatoes and vegetables, barely got any (non-dairy) proteins during my stay. No vegan options for milk or yoghurt either.
Cleaning could be done a bit better, when I moved the table it was dirty underneath it, there was a lighter lying underneath it for who knows how long. I didn't mention this however, I'm sure that if I did they would've done something about it.
Therefore, all the positives outweigh the "negatives", and I recommend anyone to stay here, just for the friendliness of the staff alone.

Location is nice. Rooms are quiet. Food was EXCELLENT. Very nice and helpful staff. Live Show program almost every night at dinner. My deepest respect for the many fantastic looking, sweet, loving, well-taken care of cats who actually make the place's atmosfere absolutely unique! Also, the sea in the nearby beach is full of fish that can easily be observed in underwater swimming or diving - so bring your swimming glasses, or buy such if you don't have any, you don't want to miss swimming in a live aquarium!
Some remarks towards the room's facilities, but otherwise it was perfectly okay.

Breakfast plentiful and fresh, location is brilliant for buses to beaches, town centre, bars, restaurants. Nice sized swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds to go around. We were travelling as a group of 4 and booked a one bed apt, we was pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a 2 bed apt, room was huge. Don't be put off from the reviews, first impression of the building wasn't great but once we'd seen our room we were happy to see a newly mod room

The rooms are sooo dirty. The pics we saw on booking.com are totally different from reality. We were supposed to have a vast appartment with balcony. However, we got a small dirty one without any balcony.
