Azia resort was really beautiful!
It had stunning trees and plants inside and outside, huge pool with pool bar, friendly staff at all times!
Food and drinks were great, there was something for everyone.
We were on our mini-moon and the manager was so lovely to us, upgraded our room and put out extra drinks etc.
Sunset view from our room and sea view, sandy beach was 3-4min walk and was stunning! Free beach chairs and umbrella.
Definitely would visit again.

Very nice room, great pool and the bar quite good.
We had a very nice time. The pool and restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure that we had an unforgettable vacation.
Value for money, leaves room to be desired. To be honest, the buffet restaurant was sub-par. I’ve had breakfast at hotels 1/3 the price that were much better (eg the coffee is all from an automatic machine, the kind you see in waiting rooms).

All the facilities need improvement and modernization. The bathrooms are clean but need modernization. The shower head is so small and uncomfortable. The pool is too shallow 120cm . The furniture need upgrading. This does negate the fact that the staff are excellent.

Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Rooms were ready on time at check-in (14:00) on the first day.
Room cleaning times improved after the first day, and the room was cleaned earlier in the afternoon.
The children’s pool area was very nice, and our youngest child enjoyed it greatly.
The beach is within a short walking distance from the hotel (around 5 minutes), which is convenient for adults.
The overall atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and relaxing.
Lighting in the room was very weak, making it difficult to see, and there was no lighting on the balcony.
Balcony chairs were old and in poor condition.
No air conditioning in the corridors or shared passageways to the rooms.
The “continental breakfast until 11” option was very limited and did not match expectations.
At the premium dining room, our children had very few food options available.
The information provided at check-in was not sufficiently clear or detailed.
The hotel facilities and rooms show visible signs of age and would benefit from refurbishment.
The children’s pool floor was rough and caused discomfort to the feet.
The beach area connected to the hotel consists of sunbeds on a cliff rather than a swimmable shore.
The main pool has a uniform depth of 1.5 meters, with no deeper section.
Polyester bed sheets caused discomfort during sleep due to heat.
The room was relatively small and lacked a proper refrigerator, only a small cooler.
No complimentary cold drinking water was available in the room — only for purchase from the minibar.
No free drinking water was provided at the pool despite the hot weather.
Food at the pool snack bar was not to our taste and felt overpriced.
The shower was very small, and water leaked into the room, requiring towels to keep the floor dry.
Curtains did not block the sunlight completely, allowing light into the room early in the morning.
There were long queues for breakfast during peak times.
The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and frequently disconnected.

Staff was incredibly nice. Everyone. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. For my birthday we got a nice bottle of sparkling wine sent to the room and balloons and birthday decoration. When we dinned at one of the restaurants in the Hotel (Cipro) the manager sent a bottle of Brut to our table for the birthday, and when we ordered dessert we got a "happy birthday" chocolate engraving on it. The room is gorgeous, perfectly clean and well decorated. The hotel is located at a very silent place and one can really relax and enjoy the nature (lots of trees and green all over). In addition, the adults only pool is beautiful and comfortable. Special thanks to Rodula, Johanna and Andreas who were simply wonderful and made this birthday unforgettable. Best hotel price/quality wise. It was my first time at a 5-star resort and it was definitely worth it.
I'm vegan and vegan food in the breakfast is acceptable and healthy.
Mini bar fridge could be bigger, it was a struggle to try to fit our beverages inside it. Vegan food in breakfast doesn't have much variety and lacks a bit of protein.
Adult pool sometimes was a bit dirty because several birds land on it to drink water. Nothing too horrible, but it is worth considering a solution for.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help from the start! Location was excellent, and always quiet.
Food was perfect for both breakfast and dinner.
The sea view room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The adults pool was very quiet and clean throughout the day.
The room was not properly cleaned when we first entered, but it was just a small mistake from the cleaners. The next day the room was spotless Shower was narrow and needed exyra caution.

We got married in Cyprus and stayed at the Azia Resort, and it was truly perfect. The resort itself is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond for us in every way, including arranging an express dry cleaning service for the wedding dress just one day before the ceremony. Every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a special time in our lives. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place that combines elegance with truly personal service.

I didn't like the fact that the air-conditioning was permanently off so we had to open the windows, and a few bugs flew in. Also it would be nice for the hotel to provide things like toothbrushes and other toiletries for free.

We came after one night at the awful king Etherton hotel. What a difference. It’s fabulous. Everything was perfect.
Wonderful food. Room. Staff incredible. Kids club and the lovely ladies in there were just wonderful. We are leaving today and I will be back. Superb.

The room was amazing, it had a gorgeous view of the sea, and the bed was so comfortable. Also the staff was incredible, they helped with every small detail. Sima in the spa was wonderful, as well as Dimitrnima. Also the man who managed the a la carte restaurants was so nice and tried to make every meal special.
The food was ok, not amazing, I wish there was more fresh local food. Thats the only thing I thought could be better. Otherwise a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful holiday! The place was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and always accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal was a treat.
A special shoutout to Charlie, who was truly amazing! He went above and beyond to help us and quickly sorted out any issues we had. Thanks to him, everything ran smoothly and we felt so well taken care of.
