Great location. Really nice pool, breakfast was nice, staff helpful and kind. Beds very comfortable. Shower always has hot water and bath tub was great for the kids.
You can hear all the noise from neighboring rooms and hallway, we had to pay more for connecting room because the family room was under renovation.

Terrible nights sleep. Very noisy neighbours and corridor in general. Kept me up until 0400. Luckily the kids slept through it.

Overall stay was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and organised. Room was spacious and clean. Wifi worked without problems. Children's play area was ok, though it is closed on Sundays. Hotel is situated near a nice selection of restaurants and bars.
Children's play area could operate on Sundays. Elevators could use an upgrade.

We liked the location. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a car park which was very important for us (we hired a car).
The pillows were very tough and there were a lot of ants in the room and the bathroom.

hotel manager was amazing and went way out of his way to procure kosher food for us on a Jewish holiday because the location of the hotel was a 2 hour walk for us to the synagogue (we do not drive on Jewish holidays and Sabbath). All meals had been ordered at the synagogue in their restaurant. We were left without food for 2 days and the food the manager was so kind to procure for us went bad overnight because the refrigerator went out during the night. Originally we were informed by booking.com that the hotel was only 15 minutes walk from synagogue. We were a group of an 82 year old, a person with disabilities, a 4 year old, a 9 year old and mother.

My husband liked the breakfast
I booked 3 different rooms for a group of couples and we had a 3,5 year old baby with us, and i asked before through booking.com, 1,5 week before arrival for a baby cod which they stated was free of charge. When we arrived they had no baby cod arranged and they asked for an extra 20 for the baby, without even arranging the baby cod, or even an extra bed, not even extra sheets or towels since we paid for that!! I did not even had breakfast so the baby did not even cost them a thing!!! Horrible staff and facilities. The lift was scary and the hotel is so old it smels like an okd hospital! Never ever booking there again.

I never had such a bad experience in my life! Due to the war in my country, my flight was cancelled, but despite my repeated requests to cancel they kept ignoring me. When I realized they weren't going to refund me, i offered the room to a friend who was already in Paphos, but then they refused to let her in, despite charging the entire amount up front. After keeping us on the phone with booking for over an hour, they finally gave her a room- but it was filthy! Dirty sheets and towels, trash everywhere. This was clearly deliberate as a result of antisemitism. Anyone who stands for peace and solidarity should stay the hell away from this hotel

Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was a lot of choices for every one. Launch and Dinner, always full of choice all meat (pork, beef, checken, fish ) and salads, and delicious. Even Lamb ( the best). There is two pools, one main and second more private and quiet. With ALL IN, all drinks free. local alcohol like everywhere else but alright. Beer was very testy. Every night some entertainment and was very good ( thanks to COSMIN ) special BINGO :) . Many thanks to George, Manos and Khum, bar tenders who keep you busy drinking :) . We spent there one week end of September and we really did enjoyed and relaxed.
Some people complain no hash brown on breakfast in Cyprus. HAHAHAHHA :)

Breakfast was very good indeed. Staff even made extra effort so when I asked for my fried eggs to be cooked both sides, they immediately saw to it. There was a big variety of hot and cold foods so there was something for everyone. My room was spacious and clean.
We had three rooms. One of them had issues with bed linen and towels but at reception they were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Perhaps housekeepers should be alert not to use certain things even if they are in a hurry.
