Large lobby, comfortable bed, clean.
Good breakfast and hospitable staff.
The big shower head is rusty and some holes are blocked which impacts water flow, the shower glass curtain doesn't block all the water and there's nothing more annoying in a hotel stay than a wet bathroom floor, it's a common thing for hotels unfortunately but i really appreciate showers that are properly sealed leaving the rest of the bathroom dry and comfortable.
The indoor pool wasn't warm for us to compensate for a bad weather weekend

The hotel was wonderful, very clean, and we received a warm welcome from the staff. It was located near the Tombs of the Kings and not far from the city center. The dinner and breakfast were excellent, definitely not to be missed.

The building looks old overall.
The hall had an annoying smell.
The cups in the room and in the restaurant are made of melamine, not glass, which made some of them look consumed and dirty.
The double bed is just two single beds put together.
I wish the staff was more smiling (they were helpful, though).

Lovely and friendly staff. Great food and service. Loved the entertainment as well and that kids also had fun with the inflated castle.
Cleaning in my room and balcony seemed rushed ( to say the least). Hated finding wipeable marks on my table, bathroom sink taps and slabs. I could do the wiping if I had a cleaning cloth in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking available on-site. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a large, clean swimming pool and delicious all-inclusive breakfasts.
Our room was on the third floor with a stunning sea view – absolutely breathtaking. The service was top-notch throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the tasty drinks served both at the pool and in the lobby bar.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional care we received during a difficult time. Due to my husband's heart attack, we had to change our travel dates. The hotel handled everything with professionalism and kindness, helping us reschedule without any issues, checking in on my husband’s condition, and making sure our room met our needs. We felt truly looked after.
A special thank you goes to Viktoria Molnar, who was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. We are so grateful for everything. Thank you for making our stay not only comfortable but also so heartwarming.

Swimming pool area is nice, staff was ok, good entertainment although only 2 animators available
Very old/broken furniture, old decor, and very outdated procedures at the hotel reception.
The indoor pool was not heated, although the manager was asked many times by many different guests.

Great food quality, but the variety can be better, especially in the morning. The room perfectly fits the family of four. Not that far from the sea and the city center. It also has an archeological museum nearby. Everything in the hotel are compactly located and easy to reach
Everything in hotel is quite old. The most annoying thing that we could hear everything happening in the corridor outside the room. The room was equipped with two single beds, but the double has been requested. The water in swimming was pretty cold, the indoor pool was also closed.

Disappointing
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pretty mixed experience. The food and drinks were unfortunately quite disappointing — nothing really tasted good, which was a letdown. The room itself was small, but at least it was comfortable, so I was able to get some rest.
The staff were polite, but it felt like their friendliness was mostly reserved for guests who they thought might leave a positive online review — not the most genuine service. The gym was closed during my stay, which was frustrating, but the pool area was actually quite nice. That said, I found it odd and a bit unpleasant that staff were pouring leftover drinks onto the floor in the pool area.
Overall, I wouldn’t rush to come back.

This is a great value for money hotel. Staff is friendly and breakfast is great. Just a walking distance from the Tombs of the Kings site.
The beds are a little bit small. if they were bigger it will be a great hotel.
