The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was nice and most importantly clean.
The hotel can offer more services for example, a porter to help with the luggage and a take away food service from the pool bar.

The location was fantastic. Breakfast amazing.

We love the location, the rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, the staff are exceptional, so friendly, so professional and helpful.
The garden area where the sun loungers could do with some attention and tidying up during the day but that is a minor detail.

20 minute drive from Paphos airport, lovely pool area and bar and right on the beach aswell. Food was excellent.
We arrived at the hotel at 21:40 and even though we were all inclusive all that was on offer was pre packed stale sandwiches - I think there should have been some other options. The lifts can be slow.

Disappointing
The entrance to the beach was one of the best on the shore. Possibility of lot of activities for both adults and children. We came during the time not some many people where there which was also great.
The location of rooms which do not face the see is next to the roundabout which has heavy traffic even during night. We had a leaking shower which resulted in wet bathroom most of the time. During one of the nights we woke up to loud music and shouting of some other guests on the balcony it was 0:15 in the morning. The hotel staff did nothing and some other guests had to ask them to calm down. While visiting the beach bar the organisation was so poor that it could take up to an half hour to only get menu card also serving drinks and food took a huge amount of time. It would be understandable if it was full but only one third of tables was occupied. This led to other guests but also ourselves leaving without being served.

Most of the staff were lovely.
Nice pool and always loungers free.
Mostly the buffet food was good.
Italian buffet on the terrace was excellent.
Room was clean and spacious. Lovely sea view.
Although the food was good, the offerings were limited for vegetarians. More labelling of the food would have been helpful.
The all inclusive drinks weren't great.

Lovely rooms and very comfy beds. Food was lovely, staff were lovely. Lovely setting right by the sea, gorgeous sunsets every evening
Was out of paphos, but only a 40 min walk or a short bus ride to the harbour
