Outdated facilities, poor maintenance (plugs not working, grills hanging in the room, entrance floor full of holes etc), poor room sound insulation, no access cards. Not up to 5 star hotels standards

The location is excellent, which is why this was our second stay here. We were traveling with our baby and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the baby cot was also clean and well prepared. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious, which is another reason why we decided to come back.
The pillows were not very comfortable. In our room there were no curtains, while the room next to us (where my parents stayed) did have curtains. We also noticed some green mold on the shower rail that holds the shower head. We hope these small details can be improved in the future.

The ocean view room was spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a sauna and spa area, and a tennis court that can be easily booked through the helpful front desk staff.
The shower was a major disappointment. The outdated showerhead was uncomfortable to use, and the lack of a full door caused the entire bathroom to flood, with water even seeping into the room.
Apart from that, the pools were not well maintained. One had a suspicious yellow stain floating on the surface, while the other had mold growing around the edges. Additionally, there were very loud noises coming from the drainage system.

Location was great. Fantastic breakfast. Considerate staff - especially at check-in. Doorman and concierge very helpful.
Room was OK but the bathroom was a little underwhelming for an expensive hotel. Shower was over the bath and no rain shower. One of the bedside USB outlets didn’t work. Low battery in the room safe meant it didn’t work initially - although quickly repaired.

I was worried that it might be outdated but gladly surprised that it was well kept . The lobby even though has a decor that is not modern was very pleasant to spend the evenings in . Everything was shiny and clean . The staff were very friendly and professional . Location is excellent. Morning breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay ✨
