Amazing location and facilities. The outside pool area and the surrounding garden are stunning.
We booked the room with the outside jacuzzi and we were a bit disappointed that it was not heated.

We had an excellent room upgrade which we appreciated
The reception staff were great

The sister hotel which is connected because you could add the bill to the room- we had a meal at the restaurant down on the beach- the staff there were clearly cross that we didnt order straight away and then took an incredibly long time to bring our food- it felt like they did so because we did not respond to their requests to order immediately- plenty of other tables arriving after us got served first- we were with someone with an invisible disability and it took us about 15 mins to sort out our food order, which was not long but the waiter sighing and standing over us with an order pad was not good.
We ordered drinks in the Annabelle bar and they came with packet orange juice- compared with the sports bar opposite the hotel which did freshly squeezed orange juice this was disappointing

Disappointing
Comfortable bed, good sized room and bathroom, freshly cooked eggs at breakfast, spacious downstairs lounge area, easy parking. Staff were efficient and friendly at all points.
Website makes no mention of only a couple of restaurants open at night. Website says "Feast your way with a dazzling array of dining options...." No prices on website for food or drink. "Half board" is not worth the extra paid unless you have a very hearty appetite. Hotel comments that far fewer people now have half board compared to a few years back. I suggest that people have realised that eating elsewhere is far better value. The hotel is charging high prices for straightforward food and many people will eat elsewhere at night. The "live music" (guitar and drummer) in Ouraneos was too loud and of poor quality. The guitarist cannot sing and "murdered" the few tunes I managed to identify. The basin in the bathroom (push down the plug to shut it, push again to release it) did not work well, with the result that, for example, I was using say 3 basins of water to get a shave. For a country that has water shortages, that is absurd and management should be checking on this sort of maintenance. There appears to be only one set of lifts and we had a very long walk to our room. The design of the hotel is such that our room looked out over many other balconies and we were looked at by many balconies. The room only had sliding shutters which, when closed to get privacy, required the lights to be switched on. The bedrooms could do with more modernisation. For example: power should automatically switch off when the room is vacated. On the whole, the hotel is of very questionable value.

We enjoyed the lunch we had at the hotel taverna.
The hotel rooms are dated in need for refurbishment. The lady that checked us in was not helpful at all (like talking to a computer). The breakfast was very average. The overall value for money quite poor.

The room had a Sea view. You could stay in bed and from your window see the swimming pool and the sea
There was no car parking provided for guests. We had to park at a nearby hotel. The pool bar closed early. We ordered tea and they closed as soon as it was delivered to our table.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt looked after. Our side sea view room was a good size, was well equipped, and cleaned to a high standard. The staff are amicable and efficient. The pools are of a good size and have ample sun beds. The location is great, a minute or so walk to the harbor with many bars and restaurants. The Baby Go Light service is convenient which means we could pre-order many essential baby items to the room.
The breakfast was the same every day and became repetitive. Food and drink are twice the price of any bar or restaurant outside of the hotel. Towels left on sunbeds for hours without being moved. No food or drink from outside the hotel isn't allowed to be consumed in the hotel. Lady at reception for checkout wasn't very friendly, was rushing into payment, and made snide comments.

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront with amazing pools. The food was really nice at both the a la carte restaurants we tried, breakfast and lunch at the pool bar. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were so friendly and attentive. It was really baby friendly - you could order a long list of complimentary items for the room such as bottle warmer, baby bath, steriliser, changing mat, even a walker or baby bouncer! There was also a kids menu in every restaurant. Maybe not as good for small children as there was no baby pool or play area but we didnt need that as our baby was 11 months and just came in the main pool with us.
Cant think of anything, except the electrical sockets seemed to be a bit temperamental in the rooms!
