Beautiful, modern 'smart' hotel. Only minutes to seafront/coastal pathway and harbour area. The rooms are large and spacious. Bathrooms beautiful. Pool/pool area very welcoming...even in November
Breakfast offering could be improved. Hot food had no tomato, mushrooms or hash browns. No hot oatmeal/porridge. Continental selection good but no sweet pastries and little in the way of fresh and seasonal fruits (only tinned peaches, grapefruit slices and basic cocktail of apple). Kiwi, pineapple, mango readily available in Cyprus so should be included

The location is perfect - near a beach and the restaurants, but very calm. The staff is very accommodating, kind and friendly.

The staff were fantastic. The place has a really relaxed feeling and is ideally placed for everything and anything in Pafos. Not so sure it would be so relaxed out of term time, as hardly any kids were there during my stay.
Not that it was needed but the TV in both rooms I stayed in didn't work properly. Channels not being received clearly. Only other issue was the provision of tea and coffee. For a highly rated hotel, I didn't think it was as good and varied as it should have been. But being picky to fill this box, the place is great!

The location was excellent, the room, Executive Suite, was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good.
The experience seems to be oriented to making life easier for the staff than the patrons. There is absolutely no welcome at check in, in fact, if one hadnt checked in online prior, it was obvious that you were second class, and a bother to those at reception. There is absolutely no hard copy information in the room, and only on the last day of our stay did the TV channel with the Hotel information actually work. The towels for the pool are only available in the Spa, basement level, and only after 10AM when the Spa opens, seriously?? There are robes in the room, but secreted in a cupboard that looks like part of a feature wall. I only found this cupboard on the last day. A heads up about the location of the robes would have been good!!

Our room was lovely. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. There was no issue getting a lounger by the pool, no need to get up early. The reception staff were friendly. I never used the spa but when went down for pool towels they were the friendliest people I met during our trip to Paphos.
The breakfast was poor. Bread and croissants were stale and not much choice. The staff in restaurant and pool bar were not very friendly. We had late flight home and it cost 60 to keep room until 6pm, the most I have ever paid.
