Location and breakfast
This is at best a 2* hotel. If you’ve ever stayed in a proper 4 * you’d know why. 4 star hotels do maintenance, the furniture even at beach resorts is quality not IKEA lookalikes.
In a 4 * the staff is responsive to your needs. Not 3 physical requests for an extra pillow in 2 days. Plumbing fixtures that waste water on an island that has serious water problems.
An underground parking area that was never finished and is a dump.

Disappointing
Location - excellent. Staff- kind and helpful. There are many food choices, but it's not very tasty. Very limited vegetarian options. Pool - colder than the sea in February. Gym - old, cold, and abandoned. Room - big, nice view, but the furniture is not very functional, and the cleanliness was basic.
Limited choices for vegetarians. The additional facilities (gym, sauna, pool) are old and poorly maintained.

We stayed twice in this hotel. First time we had a huge, spacious room, that made awesome impression, modern furnishing, very beautiful combination of stone and wood. I didn't understand why people leave negative reviews. But this time we stayed in the cheaper room. It had a huge difference and made another impression. Breakfast was fine.
I think the small standard room is overpriced. To have a good impression from this hotel, it is better to choose a bigger room, that consists of living room and bedroom, it also has a way bigger bathroom than the standard one. I think for this kind of hotel It is important to have a good coffee for breakfast and good quality juice

Only the location that it’s by the sea ! The breakfast was good
The distance to the room, poor customer service, the rooms were not clean, NO HOT Water, near by construction wry noisy, the bed mattress was very bad and old !

Very good location near the see, free transfer from and to the airport, big room with view to the see, confortable bed, very good breakfast.
Quite outdated facilities, the bathtub in our room cracked when we stepped in it on the first evening. Lucky me that I was not hurt. They changed our room to one with a walk-in shower.
Also there should be more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels especially there was enough space.

Nice location, close to the sea. Good breakfast, even freshly squeezed OJ. Very big room. The staff is reacting fast.
The mattresses are on the cheaper side, not very comfy. In contrast to the room, the bathroom is extremely small. There's no shelf space around the sink, and there are hardly any suitable towel hooks. There's no shower, and getting into the slippery bathtub is narrow, difficult, and even dangerous (with nothing to hold onto). The hairdryer can only be used on setting 1; otherwise, it shuts off and requires a break—probably the cheapest Chinese-made product. The Wi-Fi is poor, as are the TV channels. Access to the buildings is via ramps. However, getting to the ramps is difficult—an architectural masterpiece...

The hotel is right on the beach and very well laid out for views of the water. The room was large with several rooms. Breakfast was very good with many options at the buffet.
There were some tiny bugs in the room especially the bathroom. I couldn’t tell what kind. The breakfast start of 8:00 was a little later than I would have liked with a big rush as soon as it opened.

Maybe due to off-season (early November) it was not crowdy, what we liked. Enough space at breakfast tables and in the sunbathing area. Nice sandy beach in front of the hotel.

The location is excellent and the rooms are big. The staff was friendly!
The breakfast was horrible — very poor quality and not worth it at all. The place has no adult vibe; most of the guests were elderly, and the pool area was extremely boring. Definitely not the kind of atmosphere I expected.
