The view is amazing from the spa era pool and the terrace .
I booked a room with a king size bed and got a twin bed that after I complained to the manager he sent someone to top the 2 mattresses with a top cover - as a couple it’s not so exceptional for a highly level hotel .
The room I’ve booked showed an inland trees view and we got instead a wall In front of us and a kids club .
I was very disappointed especially that I mentioned in my order that we are going to get married. I think it was kinder to at least change the room with a garden view as I booked from the first place for the wedding day .

Our experience was unfortunately disappointing. While there were a few exceptions like Aimee who was kind and welcoming, most of the front desk staff felt unapproachable and not very helpful. The room itself did not meet our expectations, the room was noisy and hallway had an unpleasant smell, and when we asked to change rooms, our request was not accommodated and we were met with an unwelcoming response. In addition, the constant watchful attitude of the staff made us feel uncomfortable when using the facilities, instead of being able to relax and enjoy our stay.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food is high quality and fresh.
They have a sister Hotel right near them and you can have their breakfast and use the facilities.
The adults only infinity pool was closed for an event during one of the days.

This is a nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
The breakfast is very nice (nothing special, but everything is done properly).
There is free parking for guests
Since we arrived with a toddler, we would have been happy if there was a possibility to free up part of the minibar in favor of a refrigerator for our use so that we wouldn't have to go out for every meal and could store a few things.

Breakfast was nice.
Cat under my breakfast table not so great. Room was ok, mattress not comfortable. Linen felt damp constantly. Slipper was ripped. Staff asked my sister in front of everyone in the pool was she a guest and for her room number. Unprofessional, he should have pulled her aside if he was an unfamiliar face while another guests had about 6 visitors with their children in the pool from another resort. No one said a thing. I was offended just as she was as it seemed as if we were the only 2 people of darker skin there.
