It was so clean, the area was perfect and the staff were absolutely lovely! Especially the receptionist that couldnt have done more to help make our stay amazing!
The shower pressure wasnt great so showers took longer to wash hair and the pool was a tad chilly but I feel thats due to the surrounding buildings and lack of sun being able to heat it.

Staff were fantastic, both in reception and in Friends Bar. Great spot, close to everything, walking distance. Entertainment at night in Friends Bar was great
Only negative I have, would be the noise at night time. The hotel is close to alot of bars, music played until approx 3am every night. However, our family members in a room on the opposite side of the building didn't hear it at all.

The Staff was super nice and helpful! We loved them all
The bed was a bit hard but still okay. The shower was small and you were always hugging the shower curtain, while creating a pool in the bathroom.

The location in the middle of everything close to the sea with roofed parking and a pool was ideal for our stay.
The hotel asked me a question over the chat prior to check-in but never responded to my request. They were not prepared for our stay, I had to fill out a paper which would be a hotels job.

The location was very central with all the bars and restaurants a short walk away.
Unfortunately the apartment was a little too close to the night clubs which "boomed" out music from midnight until 0500. Kitchen facilities and equipment were very basic too.

Great value for money, great location. Jenni on reception was lovely and very helpful from booking to checking in and out. Lovely clean tidy room. Car park was a little small but we did have a large vehicle. Bar and entertain was very good. The towels need upgrading in the rooms, they looked a bit worn and some of the bathroom fittings need tightening/adjusting but other than that a really great place to stay. Lovely hot shower, comfortable beds and pool area clean and tidy.
