This place was conveniently available when I got unexpectedly stuck in Paphos for a few days. The room was decent, clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with anything I needed. Walking distance to the supermarket and the beach, and close to the area I needed to be in. Helpful to have mini-fridge and ability to cook.
As people mentioned, it is on top of a bar and there is singing late at night so I slept with earplugs.
Aside for towels and some kitchen utensils, you need to bring everything else - hand soap, dish soap, sponge, toiletries. The AC costs extra, cash only, - it's written in the listing but some people miss it so they remind you when you book.

Air conditioner costs +6.5 euro per day, no soap/douche gel, only one (out of 3) working power sockets at the kitchen do not allow to use the stove/tea pot and toaster at a time. Select one at a time ? cheap pillows

Perfect location, very close to all places we wanted to visit.
Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful, especially Anna was lovely. We had some issues with a hot water and she managed to sort out everything promptly.
Bar/restaurant downstairs offers amazing entertainment.
Overall it was good value for money.

the lady from reception was very kind and let me in before check in time
forget to sleep during the night - until 4 am not possible
Internet - not working
Tv - not working
Electricity - not working (you can not use cooking facilities as power is going off all the time - it happed to me 15 times!!!!!)
Hot water - not working - its medium hot
No heating, no proper blanket - during the night is ice cold
In Total - this place is just disaster

Very friendly staff at reception and bar, lovely little pool for a quick dip and to sunbathe next to. Room had small combi hob/oven so could make small dishes.
Need to bring own washing up liquid - not a huge issue but would be nice it if was provided

We loved the location and maybe during the summer the room will be amazing. The hot water was running all day, which was very good for us. The apartment was very spacious and the balcony had a very good direction for a winter holiday. The price of the room was great.
The air condition which was also the means of heating the apartment was only in the bedroom. So the rest of the apartment was cold. The sheets were not ironed and the duvet provided was very dirty. I did mention it to the staff and she gave me an extra sheet to cover it, but there was no duvet cover. It was a bit disappointing.
