Our room was not ready, but the lovely lady at reception allowed us to drop off our luggage. Breakfast was nice, and there was a lot of variety. Tried new foods whilst there, and they were questionable but good. There were enough sun loungers around for all, just disappointing that not all had a table for your drinks. Entertainment was good throughout our stay, but the pool entertainment was the same day in and day out.
Location it was quite out of the way, and on the drive in it did not feel safe until you were at the complex. Overall, it was ok.

Nice swimming pools (the main one, for kids and for activities and the indoor one), friendly stuff, spacious rooms with tea/coffee.
Not a nice place to stay with kids. A playground was mentioned on the booking.com in amenities, but in fact it was broken and closed, as well as the kid's club, so we used to go the public playground which is a couple of km away (not an easy way with a toddler). Just a couple of activities for kids during the day and a kid's swimming pool. The main swimming pool wasn't very clean. Dark green/black spots are everywhere on the pool's plastic filters and tiles and the floor is a bit slippery because of that. The food choice was big, but despite of that there wasn't much really tasty dishes. We paid for a room with a sea view, but got a construction view instead. To be fair there still was a bit of a sea view which was beautiful, but mainly a construction anyway.

The room was very clean and bigger than we expected. With all the facilities. Hairdryer, fridge was included. The all inclusive facility was about breakfast, lunch and dinner with soft drinks, snacks from pool bar and all the drinks. You had available towels for the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Extra discount 30% for spa facilities.

The Chinese dumplings.
Empty spring rolls, lemony,cold scrambled eggs, Never got our Double bed, had 2 reservations one with my name misspelled ( ALSO ON THE KEY CARD). NEVER GIVEN A RECEIPT FOR MY CASH PAYMENT...until I d asked for one.
Ladies' toilets FLOODED
Rude receptionists, Theophilus and Olga, woke up during our siesta at 3 pm, to say we were to be out by noon of that day, when in ALL HOTEL FORMS THE DATE OF DEPARTURE WAS FOR THE CONSEQUENT DAY. OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE
ALL OF THE ABOVE COME FROM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THAT " HOTEL" ,SINCE 2007 ( THERE'S DATA FOR THAT, IN A HOTEL OF STANDARDS OFC.

Was not very disability friendly. To go to tge restuarantbhad to use stairs. A rump needs to be fitted in the pool area and resturant for disabled people.

The staff was very helpful. Good variety of food choices and more than enough activities to keep entertained as adults.
There could be more activities for kids, the play area was out of use, an introduction to some water slides would be ideal, especially for kids.

Restaurant manager went out of his way to make us feel welcomed
Dinner on the patio with the sunset was lovely (we made sure to beat the crowds to get a good table each night)
Very busy in August and the pool was way too crowded
Not relaxing when it is at 100% occupancy, the staff couldnt manage so many people
As a vegetarian and a coeliac menu choices were limited
Cocktail menu limited and the cocktails were actually not good at all!
Staff looked overwhelmed- therefore the service offered was not always great
Only one restaurant for every meal- one a la carte restaurant would have been lovely

the pool must be nice during the summer
for 80 eur per night during November, you kinda have high expectations. The rooms were very uncomfortable, renovated on the outside but definitely old on the inside, as you can see from the photo. The beds were uncomfortable, the blankets looked old and dusty, same for the towels. Breakfast had a big variety, but quality was poor.
