The staff were extremely helpful, with special appreciation to Rez for outstanding hospitality, warmth, and kindness. The room was lovely, the location was perfect, and the spicy breakfast omelette was delicious. It's a charming hidden gem with a rustic yet modern, homey feel.

It was recommended by a friend, the breakfast was amazing, I liked my room and they let me check in early..
Oh boy, no-one told me that I needed a code when I returned at 5 pm to gain entrance as there wasn't any staff on duty. There was a phone number to call but with my SIM card I couldn't make calls. Thankfully the mini-market nearby called them for me. I had been instructed to take a photo of the logistics but no code was listed on that board, nor was it mentioned. Then, whomever was above me, whether it be staff or clients, were talking so loud starting at 4 am and continuing that I never could get back to sleep. Even after breakfast staff sat outside my room to talk loudly on their phone.

Great location if you need to stay in Turkish Nicosia. The owners/hosts were so nice. Breakfast was tasty. The decorations were beautiful.

The guesthouse is located within easy walking distance of both Lefcosa and Nicosia (as the city straddles the frontier. ) My room was large and airy, up a single flight of stairs. Breakfast was large and extensive.
While not changeable, across the street from my window was a historic mosque. The calls to prayer, while melodic and intriguing, were timed well before sunrise (~4:30) and after sunset (~9:30). With the implementation of loudspeakers, the wake-up call is hard to ignore.

Room description specified it was soundproofed which it was most certainly not. Also no washing machine as specified. Didn’t care about the washer but the sound was a problem. Renovation work offered no peace during the day, obviously this will be temporary. you could hear people coming and going from the front door as well as conversation in lobby and music from the breakfast area. Shower also leaked.

The location was excellent, very close to landmarks and historical sites. The room had a unique character, with creative and beautiful decor. Basic amenities such as a kettle, hairdryer, fridge, tea, coffee, and towels were available. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The place felt warm and cozy with the fireplace.
The bathroom was made of glass, which was not suitable for us as a family of three, and the shower was also inconvenient. The room’s window faced the restaurant, and the noise at night was disturbing. Our room was on the ground floor, and we could hear loud noises from the upper floor, such as footsteps and furniture being moved. The door of our room faced the bed, so when opened, our bed was directly visible from the reception, which compromised privacy. The sink had a beautiful vintage design, but it was covered in rust, which stained our hands. Aside from these issues, everything else was lovely and enjoyable.
