The host who met us at the facility was very hospitable and a friendly gentleman.
The cleanliness, under bed and sofas very dirty, so was the kettle. There was a atrong urine smell in the bathroom and balcony. One small pillow was either very dirty or has cought fire previously it was almost black!

I had the most wonderful, friendly, and comfortable stay at Sofouli Suites. My friend and I got into Lanarca and drove to Nicosia. Chris greeted us and helped us with the parking lot that was right across the street. He showed us the room, and the room was big, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The place is also in a safe location. The room had a spa tub, which was wonderful as well. Something that I believe sets this stay apart from the rest is the kindness of the hosts. I had forgotten my toiletry bag, and the owners kindly shipped it to me. This selfless and noteworthy gesture just showed me their kindness and hospitality. Do not hesitate to book here; you will not regret it.

Very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. Location very central and close (walking distance) to centre, a number of restaurants and shops including supermarkets for any needs. The owners are so kind and helpful, and ready to assist and answer any questions you may have. We had a great stay.

A very comfortable and well appointed apartment
There are no handles on the kitchen cabinet doors and they do not spring open when you push them so when you want to dispose of something in the waste bin for example, it is difficult to open the cupboard door.

Good location, right in the center of the city. The room was cozy and clean, supplied with shower gel and shampoo, towels and tea/coffee station. Big TV screen. The sink for some reason is built it outside of the toilet, which was a bit questionable design but ok.
All was fine. At night the bar downstairs was noisy until 1am, but it was Saturday.

Exceptional Service & Thoughtful Touches!
I had an amazing stay! The service was outstanding, with a wonderful turndown service that made the room feel extra cozy. I was especially impressed by the free laundry service, even on a public bank holiday—such a thoughtful touch! The cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Suites and would definitely stay again!

Good location. Large flat. Well stocked kitchen which was clean.
The property is in a run down building accessed via a lift. The flat desperately needs updating and it looks way better in the photos than in real life. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathroom was nothing like the pictures and was old and wasn’t at all nice and there are two steps which are a hazard. Bed was comfy. There is a strange covered unusable hot tub in the apartment.
I spoke with someone via message who was absolutely delightful. They very kindly said that Chris would collect us for free from the Kapnos for which, again, we were very grateful.
Chris, however, was a sarcastic and quite rude man (he may consider this a bit of harmless banter, but it’s extremely unprofessional and we found it quite offensive) and if we hadn’t already committed to this property we would have gone elsewhere immediately. We both tried to have a chat and asked him questions in the spirit of being friendly and he responded very vaguely and sarcastically. He then had the cheek to say “I don’t like you very much as you seem quiet and like you are trying to work me out”. No. I had given up trying to be friendly because of his sarcastic stupid comments. He also picked us up in a dirty old car so we knew then that this was unlikely to be the top notch apartment it looked like in the pictures. In hindsight it might have been better to let us find our own way there lol.
We did have a comfortable stay though in the main but it was very misleading not to post honest images of the bathroom. The balcony had a horrible view so we did not use it.

Only stayed for one night but ideal. Met by host who was more than helpful. Not often you get separate toilet/bath and shower room. Kitchen great for longer stays. You could here a low murmur of voices from nearby bar but it was barely noticeable.
The plug in the bath slightly leaked meaning, I had to top up the Jacuzzi after a while!
(I had to say something negative and that was the best I could do).
