Welcoming helpful staff, very nice and comfortable room. Breakfast was rich and with variety. Location was perfect for us and we had parking in the hotel.

The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were very new and well equipped. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy.
The rooms were in a different building separate from the hotel, the hotel was very old and not in the best condition, the furniture in the rooms was very old, the gym was not properly maintained (many machines did not properly function and it was a bit dangerous) and the person of the staff that walked us to the room did not know what to do and was a bit rude (he farted in front of us).

We were upgraded to a suite, which was large and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary extras.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a good breakfast and a lovely buffet on the night we arrived.
We had a lovely room with balcony. The bathroom was adequate although small.
There were roadworks taking place on the road outside the hotel during our stay. While we were able to walk into the city without too much obstruction, it was quite awkward to drive to and from the location. Obviously this was just a temporary situation

The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant offered a good selection. The staff were very accommodating in helping to overcome the problems caused by the road works nearby. The hotel car park was not accessible, so they offered to drive us to and from our en suite room, which was located in a separate building. We have stayed in this hotel before and normally had an excellent experience with on site parking.
Unfortunately when we were there, major road works were taking place which made the hotel difficult to get to. Our en suite room was in a different building from the hotel. If we did not want to trouble the hotel staff to keep coming and picking us up, it mean walking through the roadworks. There was no forewarning of the road works when we booked the room. The room itself was poorly designed. There was a very large lounge area, but with no comfortable sofa, and the sleeping area was very small and cramped, as was the shower room.
