The hotel and staff were perfect. I asked for a non-smoking king bed, and they upgraded me to a suite at the same price. The food and breakfast were excellent, and I could easily walk to the market to buy some clothes. It was a great stay — very clean and enjoyable.

The staff was happy to help and the breakfast was nice
Doesn't have the best casino and is in Lefkosa. If you are going to Northern Cyprus, just skip Lefkosa and stay at Grine.

Regarding the spa: usually, when you check in at a hotel, you can ask about spa packages to book for the same day or the next day. However, in this case, the spa was already fully booked, and their bookings included guests from outside the hotel. I believe that hotel guests should have priority when making reservations. We were two couples wanting to enjoy a massage and relax after a long honeymoon, but due to limited availability, only one couple was able to have the massage.

+ Good Location - Walking distance from Dereboyu which acts as a city center (don't expect too much though)
+ Great Staff - Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful.
+ Clean & Comfortable Rooms
+ Good Massages in the SPA
- Bad Value for Money: Although we have enjoyed everything the hotel has to offer, it still doesn't justify the money you have to pay.
- Underwhelming Pool Area
- Casino has dress code even for hotel guests. You have to pack fancy clothes for a meh casino

I did not have a good experience at the hotel. Staffs at casino are very rude
need more customer services training and know how to communicate and polite with customers -this is not a 5 stars hotel at all

Outstanding. I have just checked out of the Merit after a 3 night stay. The front desk team were amazing, Ezgi and Evrim, thank you for all your help during my stay from early check in and a free room upgrade! The leisure facilities was fantastic, and Serap was beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. I eat at both restaurants in the hotel and the food and staff were superb. The room was perfect and I look forward to staying again very soon. Thank you all for the warm welcome.

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I find it very comfortable and convenient.
I had requested hotel pick-up and drop-off from the airport via email before my flight, but unfortunately, they informed me that this service is not available. Upon arriving at the airport, I noticed the hotel counter and felt that they could improve their customer service.
I like the restaurant food, but more food option to be add in PASTAS section.
