Wonderful
Great location very near the border which is what I wanted. Old style place so don't expect flash. And stairs of course, but very interesting stairway! Cure little balcony - suitable for two midgets.
Would have been better if the downstairs bar had been open. Seem to remember there was not much of a desk arrangement for the computer,

The location is really close to one of the most public areas in Nicosia (Ledras), with lots of cafes, restaurants and little shops, for anything you can imagine. It was easy to get access to breakfast, lunch or dinner, also to souvenir shops and yummy baklava (If you are in the area, pls check Sham Sweets, they have really amazing baklava).
I was very happy to meet Marina, the owner and reception manager, who was very helpful both when I arrived and when I left. The other staff were very nice too, and there was a lot of work to make sure all is clean, smells good and the guests are comfortable.
For one person travelling alone and not present in the room for a long time - initially, I thought I was literally just going to sleep there, everything was perfect. The wifi was strong enough - I checked zoom meetings, uploading docs and whatsapp convos at the same time. I don't have any complaints.
I would have liked breakfast, but it was advertised that they don't offer any and I chose to stay anyway... :-)

Excellent location with free parking.
Room was not big but ok for 2 nights, bed could be a bit larger for 2 persons..
Huge roof top terrace, they should do more about it..
Toilet seat, you cannot sit straight..

The location is great, very close to the Ledra border crossing. The hotel overall has a "retro" vibe, but the room is clean and the bed was alright. The A/C and the wifi were also working fine.
The shower didn't have hot water available on the first morning, but otherwise it did. The walls are quite thin, so I recommend bring ear plugs.

Location
The furniture is outdated, and the towels didn't seem very clean. The shower in the bathroom is impractical, as it is located in the middle of the bathroom and has no glass enclosure, so water goes all over the place.

Walking distance to everything important, free parking in the middle of the city. The room looks a bit old, though everything worked fine inside.
Did not get any information prior to arrival, had to call the manager several times for check-in. There is free parking space of the property on the street in front, though sometimes the spots can be occupied by non-customers.

Spacious room, with a beautfiul design and a wonderful location
Rude communication from the host. No soap or shower gel provided. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. A single bag of tea and a single bag of coffee provided for a room of two.

We loved this family run city accommodation with its traditional decor. It was very close to the border. Places to eat and shop were a short walk away. The owner was wonderful and helped to sort our travel challenges. We were really thankful of his help and would happily return here.
Our visit was in winter and it was very cold. Even inside, we just couldn't get warm. A hot water bottle would be useful for these times.

The location is excellent, although I recommend being prepared for any urgent situations as there is no reception. I encountered some issues during my stay, such as a broken hot water shower head and cleanliness concerns with the bed and towels. It may be sufficient for a short stay, but I believe the hotel could benefit from some professional development. Additionally, I was surprised when the owner attempted to enter my room without knocking while I was present. This experience was quite unsettling.

Old hotel, beautifully decorated. Didn't like the bathroom, very small and felt squeamish. Towels were old with dirt stains. Bed was clean and nice linen.
