There was mold in the bathroom in sink area. Room was dark. AC had an unpleasant smell. It was loud at night. Staff of n restaurant was beyond slow and unfriendly.

The entire experience was exceptional. The property is beautiful and offers great amenities, but what truly stood out was the staff. They were professional, warm, and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.

The food in the MINT restaurant is exceptionally good, I recommend the Asian salad and falafel sandwich. The staff is nice and say all the right words, although it does not always translate into service. The gardens are very nice, especially around the outdoors of the MINT restaurant. The lobby looks great. The hotel smells really good.
The devil is in the detail. Eg:. the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was not working (the light was broken), knobs, sockets, it all needs maintenance. It took me forever to connect to wi-fi due to incorrect instructions on the QR code. The breakfast that I ordered to my room was late, cold and vile (omelette). I was woken up at 7am on Sunday by cleaning stuff just outside my window, who dragged a rubbish bin across the pavement and did. not stop even after me knocking the window and waving at them to stop. I was surprised not to have a balcony, but probably I did not pay attention to this while making a reservation. While the lobby is impressive, the drinks and snacks are nice, but to get any service you need to walk around and ask someone (repeatedly) who'd like to wait on you. I chose this location because of the meeting in the hotel, otherwise I would not have stayed there. The most annoying was that I received 5-7 messages after checking-out to leave a review, I kept getting them annoyingly for the whole week via sms and email, so here it is.

Staff was great. Special thanks to Jason! Atmosphere is wonderful. Very clean property. Bar was nice. AC worked great. Comfortable stay. Food was also good.
Pool was cold. Nobody was really swimming. They should have warmed it a bit so guests could enjoy the water. On our last day, the waiter charged us for coffee from the bar after paying for breakfast because she had turned off the coffee pots in the restaurant. You shouldn’t upset your guests over a cup of coffee. It’s not the money but a matter of principle. Seriously, get it together if you would like to receive high standard of service. I am a Hilton member and did not expect such pettiness.
