The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nicosia. It can be a bit noisy, but that’s to be expected when staying in the center of a capital city.
The check-in process was excellent and very smooth, with key access via code and a clear introduction video. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well equipped. It includes a coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
There is plenty of space to sleep (2 separate befrooms + living room + dining room) and sit together and enjoy meals comfortably. Overall, a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything.

Everything was perfect! We had a great stay at this apartment! Very clean, I loved the design and Nicolas is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in the center so everything is reachable in walking distance. I definitely recommend this apartment and we will for sure come back to this place again.

The host's instructions on how to enter the property was very clear. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the place before check-in time. It is well-located to explore central Nicosia and the old town, and it is very spacious with good air-conditioning.
It is not the most modern or spotless property, but for the price you are paying it is an excellent place.

We didn't find a keys to an apartment, because host sent the wrong room number with instructions. But the reaction was fast and we got bigger apartment for the same price, so ok

Position in center and close to bus transfer station
Very noisy apartment, next to a main street, I could hear all the cars and motorbike in my head. The curtains were filthy, not that clean at the toilet. In some parts it looked like the apartment was not ready to welcome guests. The entry door was not fitted properly and we had to push very hard to open it. The bathroom shower and toilet were not very well cleaned.

A bit noisy beside the road, the main door doesn’t seem super secure within the door frame, but the building itself feels quite safe.

Super friendly and helpful host/owner. Appartement clearly designed with much passion and love for detail. Looks even better than in pictures. Great materials and devices, maybe not everything assembled by professionals. So much light and view everywhere. Balcony view over the city couldn't be better. Felt right away that we'd like to stay longer.
Minor fixes needed, but assume those will be done soon.
Traffic noise from the street below also during parts of the night. With earplugs it was no problem at all.
Some smell from pipes after many hours of no use, but quickly gone after letting water run for a bit.
