The location was convenient, and check-in was straightforward. The room itself was generally quiet.
During breakfast, I found hair in the fruit salad, which is a serious hygiene concern. I reported this immediately to the manager on duty, but no action was taken, no apology was offered, and no refund or compensation was proposed.
Additionally, although I was informed in advance that the room could be provided with either a double bed or two single beds, I was given two single beds. I explained that I am 187 cm tall and not comfortable sleeping in a single bed, but no alternative solution was offered.
Overall, the lack of response and poor handling of these issues significantly affected my stay.

Good location and friendly staff. The breakfast was okay. Limited parking on site but a free lot around the corner.
A big room but poor layout and poor lighting. The tub-shower was a death trap - very slippery and no hand rails! Lots of noise from adjacent rooms, but perhaps we were just unlucky with inconsiderate neighbours.

Disappointing
Staff are the highlight of this place; kind, obliging, fast to respond, always with a smile. We were there for an extended stay, and we were delighted with the attention we received. Thank you for being so wonderful!
The place needs serious maintenance attention. Walls are crumbling, lights don't work, there is a lack of storage spaces, and smelly bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is ok, but once an item is out, it isn't replenished for the rest of the guests (seeing empty cheese and bread platters is sad!). THERE IS NO RESTAURANT OR BAR IN THE PREMISES!
We were there for a good 10 days, and we chose this "boutique" hotel to support smaller businesses. Not really the best choice. The highlight of our stay was the staff - always polite and accommodating. We will not stay there again.

A very good location if you want to visit the capital and its attractions.
For some reason, the room was excessively warm and poorly ventilated, and even using the fan did not improve the situation. We had to sleep with the window open to get some fresh air. We visited in December, and the high temperature in the room was not related to the outside weather.

the staff very cold and not helpful , i have asked from the time i booked for double bed ,balcony but he said very cold and short "no",i asked for an extra pillow , he said is going to bring one ,never came.T he shift changed and i asked again for pillow and i finally got one. Breakfast poor choices

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Maysa at the devotion was very helpful and friendly.
Location of Sockets for devices charging, is very inconvenient. I had to remove the TV plug to plug my devices.
