This hotel has a lot of assets, a private parking lot, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is quite nice, at least half of the time, since they somehow decided to alternate between days with fruit salad and days without (then they just have some canned fruit that no one touches), and somehow there is no notion of bread (other than toast).
Water shortage!! Even if you stay six nights in a row, they put one small bottle of water in the fridge and then not another drop. Instead one is expected to purchase small water bottles from a coin-operated vending machine in the lobby, which is a challenge when visiting from out of the Euro zone. This alone prevents me from giving full score, as water is a basic need, and basic needs simply *must* be covered before we can even think about higher-order delight. This is something to fix!

The hotel is clean, and free parking is available. The suites are big enough. The hotel is not far from the city center.
No restaurant and no bar are available. Laundry is managed via an external company and takes 2 to 3 days. The beds are not comfortable.
