A superb location for those who wish to explore Nicosia and leave the car behind - a Park and Ride service operates from outside the hotel. Located well-away from the city confines and providing a peaceful environment amongst the outdoor sports facilities including a modern-day athletics track arena. The breakfast is very generous and filling.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of our company to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the repeated lack of service experienced by our employees during their recent stays at your hotel.
Specifically, our colleagues Mr. Vaios Georgiadis and Mr. Giorgos Lachanas have repeatedly reported that there is never any staff available on-site to provide assistance. Furthermore, despite breakfast being included and fully paid for via Booking.com, they were unable to find any breakfast service at all.
This issue has occurred consistently with all reservations our company has made with your hotel, which is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. As your guests, our employees expect the basic services that have been advertised, confirmed, and paid for in advance.
We kindly request a clear explanation for this matter, as well as assurances that such service failures will not happen again in future stays. Please address this issue urgently.

Nice location easy access plenty of parking outside. Nice view from room interesting to watch athletes practicing. The staff very friendly and welcoming
Just a few updates would increase the value of stay. For example tea and coffee facilities in room would be great. The shower ? needs replacing as it was full of scale not looking nice. Breakfast room could be a bit more looked after and quality of breakfast served.

I was met by very kind host, who showed and shared with me all the information I needed. She waited for me out of her working hours, I really appreciated it.
Location was a perfect match for me - I had Greek exams in just 5 minute ride from the stadium.
Hotel design is impressive - I've never stayed in anything like this: you're living literally in a part of a stadium tribune.
Room was spacious, had nice bathroom. Nice breakfast also.
I stayed in late December and it was hell's cold there. AC system is so loud so it makes it impossible to sleep with it being turned on. There was a small convector heater though, but it was not enough to heat a room that big.

All was so nice but as an athlete center and me thinking as a clinical dietician I would recommend an Addition of almonds and walnuts next to fruits and oat at breakfast and oat milk just completing with every nutrient needed in a full diet with protein.??
All was perfect! Mrs Despina and Mr.Kiriakos, were both so kind and helpfull.. I could recommend to all such a place .. but I need to find room for booking next time?? . Its just perfect. Thanks ?

An unusual hotel but comfortable.huge room with good heating.
Breakfast wasn't very impressive. As a vegan they supplied vegan pizza....could have done better with a little fruit maybe?
No plug in the bath. Also to make a drink I had a long walk and another floor to reach facilities.it would be nice to have a kettle in room as is usual in hotels and not have a long walk to make hot drink. Also lots of different teas available but no English breakfast tea....as an English guest that was disappointing.
