Food was okay.
Could be more clean and renovated. Its an old hotel, and you can tell from the flooring, walls etc, bathroom etc

-Regarding the reception, i didn’t found the concierge to carry my luggages .
-Regarding the breakfast, the cold cuts / deli meats / cured meats were so bad quality & not fresh because it’s not covered.
-Regarding the carpet in the corridors is so old too dirty.

The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with a couple of requests quickly and efficiently.
Pillows were not very comfortable but that's just a very minor detail.

While the hotel is a bit older in style, it still maintains a lovely charm that adds character to the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing visit.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also excellent – close to key attractions, restaurants, and on the beach.

The stuff refused to put ice in the water we bay from the bar and also refused to give us ice totally!!
Small stupid things will be in our memories from this stuff and their manager in this hotel...

Τhe location was great, breakfast is good, overall to the food is good not great though. The staff is very friendly. I liked Katrina the masseuse. I had the best massage of my life. The pool is great and very clean. I liked the sea view of my room
The rooms are very old need renovation urgently, not so clean and the carpets on the corridor are so old. Everything is the same as it used to be 15 years ago when I was coming. The bed is new.

The family room was lovely and a really good size.
The breakfast restaurant was light, clean, airy and served nice food.
The bar area was new, modern with friendly staff.
House keeping staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Ample parking.
Some of the communal areas (corridors etc) looked a little tired in places.
At times the bar was short-staffed and service slow/poor.
One lift shaft not working throughout our stay was a little inconvenience.
Maintenance was going on, but to be expected at this time of the year.
