Amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with were beyond friendly and professional. Hotel was beautiful. Room was amazing.
Only thing that caught us by surprise was our son was considered an adult at age 15 so there was an extra charge, but the check-in experience was amazing and upgraded us

Breakfast was excellent. As for the beach, we would never stay in this hotel during the summer season, beach is very bad, not a real beach. Everything else is great
You cannot turn on the A/C unless the entire hotel turns on the system, only during summers. Nights were extremely hot, and we couldn't leave windows open due to street noise

Hotel upgrade the room (from 250 to 1000 euro/night). Balcony’s pool with heating, so you can swim at winter. Friendly staff, nice territory with attractions for children, playgrounds, outdoor pools.
I don’t know, it was a very good time in the hotel and a very good feelings and memories after my stay.

The breakfast was exceptional and very accommodating to a range of dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). The room was spacious and clean, and the room service was outstanding. We stayed around Christmas Eve, and it was so lovely and festive.
The room (all the rooms I think) had some heating issues during our stay, and it often felt too hot. It was manageable because we kept the balcony door open, but it was still difficult to get the temperature just right.

There are many hotels along the beach, I chose this one a bit randomly and couldn’t have chosen better! Everything looks brand new, but the hotel is 50 years old. They have the largest indoor heated salt water swimming pool on the Island (20 meter) and they state they probably have the biggest gym as well. During weekdays there are 3 classes a day (yoga/pilates). The indoor swimming pool has an adults only lane. There is a sauna and a steam bath, a heated outdoor adult only pool and some more (not heated) kids pool. Hotel has gardens and a beach.

All the staff we met were friendly and professional (the hotel says they have a training school).
We especially enjoyed the live music in the lobby, Sunday night. We only ordered drinks but the food looked good!!
We had a room upgrade free of cost to an AMAZING room m, and they let us checkout late for no extra cost, just because they didn’t have any guests arriving. It’s nice to travel off-season.
We will definitely return!!!
Well, the yoga instructor probably hasn’t been trained by the hotel.. She knows to do yoga but she doesn’t take any interest in her clients, doesn’t look at them and is busy with her phone during the lesson.

Amazing service all around.
Beautiful, well-thought-out rooms – you can really see the attention to every detail. Everything is super clean.
Great food – tasty, high quality, and with lots of variety.
Plenty of facilities (some are closed in winter, but we still had a great time).
Just perfect!
It's a little bit far from the city center and the Marina. Must have a car or taxi
