Incredible value for money! I booked 2 nights and planned to shift places as I travel. However, I eventually extended my stay to 1 week because of the location near the city center, the great restaurants and Finikoudes beach, and the spacious, comfy, and clean apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, though I haven't used everything since I ate mostly outside.
Be aware that my vacation was off-season, so all places are cheaper then, yet still this one in particular is a great value for money.
Regarding the shower, there was enough hot water using the boiler button, which is not something to take for granted in the wintertime.
Overall, the place has exceeded my expectations for this price point.
The hosts are very kind, helpful, and generous, which made my vacation perfect.
As a tall guy, the shower entrance felt a little bit tight at first, but I got used to it fairly quickly.
I noticed a slight bad smell from the shower sink sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal for me. From what I've read in other hotel reviews in Larnaca, it's a known issue across the whole city, so it doesn't seem specific to this apartment/hotel.

3 minutes walk to the beach, elevator, specious rooms, well equipped kitchen, very hospitable and helpful staff!
Before choosing Tiffany city apt, i read reviews about windows view (2nd floor, or so called 1st floor). Yes the windows look to other walls, but, going to Cyprus isn’t about staying in the apartment, it’s about waling and enjoying sun and sea)
Everything was fine. The only thing that needs to be improved is the cleaning. May be our stay was in low touristic season , that’s why cleaning or towels changing was after a request. But for us it was not hard to ask the staff.

The apartment has all the essentials and the A/C and hot water worked well. We have stayed here once before, and decided to stay again. The facility is close to the boardwalk and all.
We had a problem that our door lock would not open for us from the inside, so we had to call the front desk to come let us out of our room. They immediately had a technician come by when it first happened, and he told them that it was fixed. But it was not, as it happened again. There were three of us who had unpacked already, so it was not really practical to move rooms. So, we avoided locking the door for a couple of days so that we could get out (getting in requires the key, as there is no doorknob). Overall, the facilities feel a bit tired. At night the area around the hotel is not well lit. Also, there is an ant problem in the kitchen.

The property is very close to the beach, promenade, and plenty of restaurants, which makes it perfect if you're planning to spend most of your time in Larnaca. The apartment is a good size, with two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a sleep sofa – ideal for five people or three people who need separate rooms. The management was friendly and helpful.
The apartment faces an interior courtyard, so there’s no view at all. It would also be helpful to have a microwave in the kitchen. When we visited, there were major roadworks around the city, and getting there by car was very difficult. It took me over an hour at night to find a way to the property, and after collecting the key, I had to drive another hour just to find parking. It would really help if the host provided clear directions, updates on road closures, and parking instructions in advance.
If you're traveling from Europe or the US, make sure to bring multiple adapters and extension cords. The outlets are limited and poorly located — some are behind the bed near the floor or far from the table in the kitchen, making it nearly impossible to charge and use a device at the same time.
Also, there’s a limited supply of hot water in the boiler. After one person showers, the second person has to wait a couple of hours for it to heat up again — or shower in cold water.

Very convenient, nice, clean & comfortable flats. The common area was huge & there’s a nice balcony as well. Great for either a short stay or a longer visit.
Our flat was above a bar when there was a match on so it was loud pretty late into the night. Wasn’t a problem for us, but if you’re a light sleeper maybe request a room facing the other side of the street
