Great location - walking distance to everywhere, lovely pool, clean rooms, decent breakfast
Lots of the loungers by the pool were broken which was fine as it was very quiet but may be annoying in busier times

The lower rooms have a poor outlook. Many empty buildings. The lower floors get a lot of road noise.

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy rooms, friendly staff and very good breakfast. The pool was clean and pleasant. The hotel was close to beaches and shops, great location
The property itself was great, but it is very noisy around the building, busy street.

Disappointing
Location.
Cheap, dated room furnishings.
The balcony sliding door had a number of large cracks in the glass which they patched up with packing tape (refer to pic). They hid this from me at check in by having the cheap, rickety drapes closed despite it being early afternoon. My complaints fell on deaf ears. Told them they should not be making that room available until the glass panel was replaced and they shrugged and said theyd let their boss know.
The bathroom extractor fan wasnt working and rather than send an electrician they asked the maid to sort it out, who cleaned it a bit then declared it fixed - it wasnt but I stopped bothering.
Walls are paper thin and next rooms toilet activity was clearly audible.
Location is great, but I wont be recommending, nor returning.

Near the beach. The hotel and room is beautiful and clean.
Breakfast was good.
The view was not pretty and the street is very noisy.

Lication is great, 5 mins walk from the beach and restaurants.
The isolation on the 2nd floor was poor. Heard neighbours and sounds of motorcycles from the street at nights, though the balcony was closed.
