fantastic location- 5 mins walk to restaurants, beach and supermarket. quiet and peaceful. lovely villa- large space for family inside and out. well stocked bits in kitchen (salt,pepper, oil, herbs etc). aircon/hot water all worked fine
my only small negative was that the decking around the pool needs some maintenance/re-doing

I looked for some accommodation with possibility of late check-in, because my flight arrived after midnight. For everyone who need to late check-in, this hotel is a good choice. Communication with personal were OK, just remember, that you received entrace code and information about key on the day of arrival.
Our hotel room had a bit old equipment, but in general it wasn't big problem. Kitchenette was useful for us. Room was also quiet, we didn't have problem with any noise.
Receptionists were kind and helpful. Parking on the streets around hotel wasn't problem, on the contrary, it was pretty easy.
Overall very good accommodation for good money and we'll use it again next time If we have a trip to Larnaca.
The electric cooker in kitchenette was very very slow. Please, purchase a new one. I also missed some shelf or cabinet in the bathroom. And only one bulb in bathroom isn't enough. I was also missing an electrical outlet by my bed and the carpet needs to be vacuumed better.

Reception was very helpful. The hotel is close to the main strip of beach, so its fairly accessible to the sights.
The room and bathroom could have been cleaner. It seemed like the rug and floors hadnt been vacuumed or wiped thoroughly. Also the halls and stairwell didnt have automated lights working, so that made it pretty uncomfortable and unsafe feeling at night when walking through. I had to turn on my cellphone light.
